Description
The present invention relates to a transparent sheet excellent in transparency and nonflammability and suitable for forming a soundproof structure and a method for producing the same.
In order to increase the soundproofing effect in the window part (including the skylight) of the building, a double window in which the window glass is arranged in double is generally used. However, double windows are expensive. Therefore, in order to increase the soundproofing effect at low cost, a polycarbonate resin sheet with a hole is provided in the window glass with a gap between the window glass and the sound incident from the hole is placed in the air layer between the window glass and the window glass. A structure that attenuates and absorbs sound is known. However, since the conventionally used porous sheet is a mere resin sheet, there is no problem in transparency, but there is a problem in nonflammability.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a transparent sheet having transparency and nonflammability and useful for soundproofing a window portion and a method for manufacturing the same. Another object of the present invention is to provide a soundproofing method using the transparent sheet.
The transparent sheet according to the present invention made to solve the above problems has a structure in which a glass fiber fabric is impregnated with a curable resin, and the weight ratio of the curable resin to the glass fiber fabric in the transparent sheet (curability). Resin / glass fiber fabric) is set to 1/4 to 1/1, the mass per unit area of the curable resin is set to 20 to 150 g / m 2, and the glass composition of the curable resin and the glass fiber fabric The difference in refractive index is 0.02 or less, the difference in Abbe number is 30 or less, and the maximum dimension is 70% or more of the total number of eyes formed by warps and wefts of the glass fiber fabric. It is set as the structure which has a 0.01-0.5 mm hole.
Here, the transparent sheet preferably has a total light transmittance of 80% or more and a haze of 30% or less.
The production method of the present invention for producing a transparent sheet having the above-described structure includes a step of applying an uncured curable resin composition to a continuously running first carrier film, and an applied curable resin composition. A step of continuously contacting the glass fiber fabric, a step of continuously contacting the second carrier film on the side opposite to the first carrier film side of the glass fiber fabric, and the first carrier film And the total thickness of the glass fiber fabric and the curable resin composition sandwiched between the second carrier film and the second carrier film, the thickness of the glass fiber fabric, the thickness of the first carrier film, and the thickness of the second carrier film. A step of squeezing through a gap having a dimension X 0.6 to 0.9 times T, and a glass fiber fabric and a curable resin composition are sandwiched between the first carrier film and the second carrier film And having a step of curing the curable resin composition in the state, the difference in refractive index between the cured curable resin and the glass composition of the glass fiber fabric is 0.02 or less, and the difference in Abbe number is 30 or less. It is what.
The soundproofing method of the present invention is characterized in that a transparent sheet having the above-described configuration is provided on a window glass with a gap so that an air layer is formed between the window sheet and the window sheet.
The transparent sheet of the present invention has a structure in which a glass fiber fabric is impregnated with a curable resin, and the weight ratio of the curable resin to the glass fiber fabric in the transparent sheet (curable resin / glass fiber fabric) is 1 / 4 to 1/1, and the mass of the curable resin is 20 to 150 g / m 2, and the maximum dimension of the hole formed in the transparent sheet is 0.5 mm or less. It can pass the incombustibility test described in
Here, if the total light transmittance of the transparent sheet is 80% or more and the haze is 30% or less, excellent light transmission can be given, and the transparent sheet is used as a window to form a soundproof structure in the window portion. It is possible to suppress a decrease in light transmittance and transparency of the window glass in a state of being installed close to the glass.
In the production method of the present invention, the entire glass fiber fabric and curable resin composition sandwiched between the first carrier film and the second carrier film are divided into the thickness of the glass fiber fabric and the thickness of the first carrier film. By providing a step of squeezing through a gap having a dimension X 0.6 to 0.9 times the total thickness T of the total thickness of the carrier film, the glass fiber fabric was attached so as to close the eyes. By forming holes in the uncured curable resin composition and curing the curable resin composition, it is possible to produce a transparent sheet having a structure having pores in most eyes of the glass fiber fabric. Thus, since the method of the present invention can form holes during the molding of the transparent sheet, it is not necessary to drill holes in the post-molding transparent sheet, and the transparent sheet can be produced with high productivity.
According to the soundproofing method of the present invention, the transparent sheet having the above-described structure is provided on the window glass with a gap so that an air layer is formed between the window glass and the sound from the hole of the transparent sheet. It is possible to form a soundproof structure having an excellent sound absorption effect that enters the internal air layer and is attenuated and absorbed by the air layer, and the soundproof effect in the window portion can be greatly increased.
1A and 1B are a schematic plan view and a cross-sectional view illustrating the basic structure of the transparent sheet of the present invention. The
The
Examples of the woven structure of the glass
The

The
As the
As the
Further, as the
Specific examples of the
The weight ratio (curable resin / glass fiber fabric) of the
The mass of the
The mass of the
The

Next, the manufacturing method of the
Next, the
On the other hand, the
Here, in order to make a hole in the curable resin that closed the eyes of the
After squeezing the liquid, the resin-impregnated
Then, the
Next, a usage example of the
In the soundproof structure of this configuration, the
