上記熱電対素線の線膨張率よりも小さい線膨張率を有し、上記熱電対素線よりも耐断線性の強い金属線が、上記熱電対素線と平行にシース内に収容されるとともに、上記金属線の直径が上記熱電対素線の直径よりも太く形成され、上記シース内に高密度で充填された無機絶縁材粉末との間に発生する摩擦力によって固定されているシース熱電対である。

Claims (2)
- シース金属の線膨張率が熱電対素線の線膨張率よりも大きいシース熱電対において、
上記熱電対素線の線膨張率よりも小さい線膨張率を有し、上記熱電対素線よりも耐断線性の強い金属線が、上記熱電対素線と平行にシース内に収容されるとともに、上記金属線の直径が上記熱電対素線の直径よりも太く形成され、上記シース内に高密度で充填された無機絶縁材粉末との間に発生する摩擦力によって固定されていることを特徴とするシース熱電対。 - 上記シース熱電対の径方向断面において、一対の上記熱電対素線を結ぶ線分と直交する直径上で且つ上記シースの内壁寄りに、対向する状態で二本の上記金属線が配置されている請求項1に記載のシース熱電対。
