の一方又は双方がチャンバ32内及びチャンバ32外への体液又は気体の流れを制御する一体型の弁を備えることができる。本発明にて使用される弁は、医療技術分野にて一般に使用される型式の弁から選ぶことができる。これらの弁は、2つ以上の管又は回路から選ばれた1つを通じて流体の流れを向けることのできる流れ方向制御弁とすることができる。これと代替的に、これらの弁は、流体が弁を通って一方向にのみ流れるのを許容する逆止弁としてもよい。更に、その他の実施の形態において、これらの弁は1つ又はより多くの管又は回路を通る流体の流量を変化させることのできる可変流量弁とすることができる。更に、その他の実施の形態において、本発明にて異なる型式の弁の組み合わせを含むことができる。

性メンブランを渡る流体の移送量のようなその他の条件からその他の正圧力の設定値とすることが好ましい場合もある。
は、体液を所定の真空圧下にて体液流れ回路内に吸引し且つ吸引された体液を所定の正圧下にて回路を通って押し出すことを交互に行うことを備えている。例えば、その流量を実現するためポンプにより加えられる圧力に関係なく、単位時間当たり所定の量の流体を圧送し得る設計とされた、特定のローラポンプの流量によって決定されるような、特定の体積流量ではなくて、一定の真空圧にて身体から体液のサイクル量を圧送することにより、患者のアクセス部の周りの静脈を収縮させるような過度の真空圧力は発生されない。このことは、熟達した担当者が複雑な監視を行なうことなく、患者の個々の流量制限値に割り当てられた最適な流量にて装置を作動させることを可能にする。

Claims (4)
- 体外体液処理装置において、
第1の圧送チャンバ及び第2の圧送チャンバを有するハウジングを備え、
前記第1の圧送チャンバは可撓性を有するメンブランを備え、前記メンブランは、前記メンブランの気体側に作用する負の気体圧力で血液を前記第1の圧送チャンバ内に引き込み、且つ前記メンブランの気体側に作用する正の気体圧力で血液を前記第1の圧送チャンバから交互に排出し、そして、
前記第2の圧送チャンバは可撓性を有するメンブランを備え、前記メンブランは、前記メンブランの気体側に作用する負の気体圧力で血液を前記第2の圧送チャンバ内に引き込み、且つ前記メンブランの気体側に作用する正の気体圧力で血液を前記第2の圧送チャンバから交互に排出し、
前記メンブランの気体側に作用する正及び負の気体圧力を交互に、前記第1の圧送チャンバ及び前記第2の圧送チャンバに、同一位相に調整された関係で、圧力を作用させる、制御装置を備えた、体外体液処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の体外体液処理装置において、前記第1及び第2の圧送チャンバが平行に配置されている、体外体液処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の体外体液処理装置において、前記第1及び第2の圧送チャンバが直列に連通されている、体外体液処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の体外体液処理装置において、透析器及び血液流れ回路を更に備え、前記血液流れ回路は、前記圧送チャンバに作用する負の気体圧力の作用により患者から前記圧送チャンバに血液を運び、且つ、前記圧送チャンバに作用する正の気体圧力の作用により前記圧送チャンバから前記透析器を通り、患者に血液を戻す、体外体液処理装置。
