Claims (2)
- アンダーカットタイプの下孔に適用されるあと施工アンカーの施工に先立って、下孔一般部の孔底付近がテーパ状に拡径したテーパ孔部となっていて且つそのテーパ孔部の孔底側に下孔一般部よりも小径のストレート孔部が連続形成された下孔を穿孔するドリルビットであって、
カッタボディの先端にストレート孔部を穿孔するための小径刃部を備えているとともに、カッタボディのうち小径刃部よりも反小径刃部側に下孔一般部を穿孔するための径方向に揺動出没可能な大径刃部を備えていて、
下孔穿孔過程では、小径刃部が先行してストレート孔部を穿孔するととともにそのストレート孔部を拡径するように非拡径状態にある大径刃部が下孔一般部を穿孔するようになっている一方、
下孔深さが所定の深さとなった段階で大径刃部の径方向への揺動突出をもってその大径刃部を拡径させることにより、下孔一般部のうちストレート孔部に近接する部分をテーパ状に拡径してテーパ孔部を加工するようになっていることを特徴とするあと施工アンカーのための下孔加工用ドリルビット。 - 小径刃部がストレート孔加工用カッタブレードであるとともに、大径刃部がアンダーカット加工用カッタブレードであって、
カッタボディ内にこれと同心状に挿入された操作ロッドが上記アンダーカット加工用カッタブレードに係合していて、この操作ロッドのスライド変位に応じてアンダーカット加工用カッタブレードが拡径するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のあと施工アンカーのための下孔加工用ドリルビット。
