本発明の実施の形態は、上記の実施形態に何ら限定されることはなく、本発明の技術的範囲に属する限り種々の形態を採りうる。
Claims (5)
- 放電灯を支持する支持部材と、前記支持部材に支持された放電灯に電力を供給する回路部品と、前記支持部材および前記回路部品を電気的に接続する配線と、を備えた放電灯ユニットであって、
充填剤によって固定された回路部品を内部に保持するとともに前記支持部材を外部に露出した状態で保持し、内部に前記充填剤および前記回路部品が配置されていない中空部を有するケース部材を備え、
前記配線は、当該配線の他の部分よりも単位長さあたりの表面積が大きく設定された放熱部を備え、
前記放熱部は、前記ケース部材の内部において前記中空部よりも支持部材側に配置されており、
前記回路部品の少なくとも一部は、前記放熱部から見て前記中空部を隔てた位置に配置されていること
を特徴とする放電灯ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の放電灯ユニットにおいて、
前記放熱部は、前記配線と同じ素材で一体に形成されていること
を特徴とする放電灯ユニット。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の放電灯ユニットにおいて、
前記放熱部は、直線状の基幹部、および該基幹部から分岐する複数の分枝部を備えたひだ状に形成されていること
を特徴とする放電灯ユニット。 - 請求項1〜請求項3の何れかに記載の放電灯ユニットにおいて、
前記放熱部は、該放熱部の少なくとも一部が前記ケース部材内部の中空部と接して配置されていること
を特徴とする放電灯ユニット。 - 請求項4に記載の放電灯ユニットにおいて、
前記ケース部材は、金属によって構成されていること
を特徴とする放電灯ユニット。
