Claims (7)
- 複数のセルを集合させて電池スタックを構成し、燃料と酸化剤とを用いて発電し、発電後の残存燃料と空気とが接触するよう構成してなる固体酸化物型燃料電池であって、
セル毎の発電後の残存燃料の一部を空気との接触前に分岐させる分岐手段と、
分岐された燃料を燃料供給ラインに再循環させる再循環流路と
を含むことを特徴とする固体酸化物型燃料電池。 - 燃料ガスおよび酸化剤含有ガスを、セル中心付近において供給するための、各セルを横切る通路と、分岐された発電後の残留燃料ガスをセル中心付近に導くセパレータ内通路と、セル中心付近に導かれた残留燃料ガスを再循環回路に供給されるためのセル中心付近を横切る通路とを含む請求項1に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- セパレータのリブ形状により形成された発電後の残存燃料ガスのセパレータ内通路と、セパレータ外周部付近にある、発電後の残存燃料ガスのセパレータ内通路への分岐部とを含む請求項2に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- セパレータを中空構造にすることで形成された発電後の残存燃料ガスのセパレータ内通路と、セパレータ外周部付近にあけられた複数の連通孔からなる、発電後の残存燃料ガスのセパレータ内通路への分岐部とを含む請求項2に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 同心円状のリブとリブ鞍部に窪みを持つセパレータとを2層組み合わせることにより形成された、燃料ガス通路、発電後の残存燃料ガス通路、および空気通路を含む請求項4に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 同心円状のリブと、リブに複数の孔またはリブ鞍部を横切る切欠、またはその両方を持つ集電板と、セパレータ板とを組み合わせることにより形成された、燃料ガス通路、発電後の残存燃料ガス通路、および空気通路を含む請求項4に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- セパレータは、半径方向の流れ抵抗より、円周に沿った流れ抵抗の方が小さい形状を有している請求項3から請求項6の何れかに記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
