Claims (14)
- 電子ビームによって検出領域ではなく刺し込み領域が滅菌されていることを特徴とする皮膚開口部を作り出すための刺し込み領域と、体液中にある分析物を検出するための検出領域とを有する一体化された診断用試験エレメントを製造するための方法であって、
前記電子ビームから前記検出領域を遮蔽する工程を有し、該遮蔽する工程が、前記電子ビームから検出領域を遮蔽するために、複数の試験エレメントの複数の検出領域に並んで設けられた一体化された遮蔽板を有する梱包材内に前記試験エレメントを梱包することを含み、
前記遮蔽する工程に引き続き、
前記試験エレメントの刺し込み領域を滅菌するために、前記電子ビームを前記一体化された遮蔽板と前記梱包材に照射する工程を有することを特徴とする試験エレメントを製造するための方法。 - 前記梱包材が、前記一体化された遮蔽板として作用する下部領域において金属でコーティングされたドラムを含み、前記試験エレメントの前記検出領域が、金属によりコーティングされた下部領域に位置し、前記刺し込み領域が金属によりコーティングされた下部領域より上に位置するように、前記試験エレメントが前記ドラム内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。

- 電子ビームによって検出領域ではなく刺し込み領域が滅菌されていることを特徴とする皮膚開口部を作り出すための刺し込み領域と、体液中にある分析物を検出するための検出領域とを有する一体化された診断用試験エレメントを製造するための方法であって、
前記刺し込み領域がさらされている間、前記検出領域からの病原菌が前記刺し込み領域に到達するのを防ぐために、カバーにより前記検出領域を密閉する工程、
前記試験エレメントを梱包材内に梱包する工程、
前記電子ビームから前記試験エレメントの前記検出領域を遮蔽する工程、
前記遮蔽する工程の後、前記電子ビームにより前記試験エレメントを照射する工程、
前記カバーの外側をプラズマ処理により滅菌する工程
を備え、
前記梱包材が一体化された遮蔽板として作用する下部領域において金属でコーティングされたドラムを含み、
前記梱包する工程が、前記試験エレメントの前記検出領域が、金属によりコーティングされた下部領域に位置し、前記刺し込み領域が金属によりコーティングされた下部領域より上に位置するように、前記試験エレメントが前記ドラム内に配置されることを特徴とする試験エレメントを製造するための方法。 - 電子ビームによって検出領域ではなく刺し込み領域が滅菌されていることを特徴とする皮膚開口部を作り出すための刺し込み領域と、体液中にある分析物を検出するための検出領域とを有する一体化された診断用試験エレメントを製造するための方法であって、
前記刺し込み領域がさらされている間、前記検出領域からの病原菌が前記刺し込み領域に到達するのを防ぐために、カバーにより気密に前記検出領域を密閉する工程、
前記試験エレメントを梱包材内に梱包する工程、
前記電子ビームから前記試験エレメントの前記検出領域を遮蔽する工程、
前記遮蔽する工程の後、前記電子ビームにより前記試験エレメントを照射する工程、
前記カバーの外側をプラズマ処理により滅菌する工程
を備え、
前記梱包材が、ボックスを含み、前記遮蔽板が前記ボックスに一体化された金属板を含み、前記梱包が、前記検出領域が前記金属板により遮蔽されるように、前記ボックス内に前記試験エレメントを縦横に配置することを特徴とする試験エレメントを製造するための方法。
