図1は、この発明に係るディスク装置の実施の形態1の全体構成を示す全体構成図である。光ピックアップユニットのトラッキングのための移動方向と平行な方向をY方向、光ディスクの主面において、Y方向と直交する方向をX方向、光ディスクの主面に垂直な方向をZ方向とする。
この発明に係るディスク装置の実施の形態1の制振機構においては、錘板10を3個のインシュレータ11を介してドライブシャーシ1に浮動可能に保持するようにしたが、インシュレータ11の個数を4個以上にしても同様の効果が得られる。
Claims (2)
- ディスク状記録媒体を回転駆動するモータと、
前記ディスク状記録媒体にデジタル信号を記録および/または再生する、記録および/または再生ユニットと、
前記モータ及び前記記録および/または再生ユニットが固着されたドライブシャーシと、
前記ドライブシャーシの複数箇所の所定の位置にそれぞれ配置された弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材を介して前記ドライブシャーシに浮動可能に保持された錘板と、
を備えたディスク装置であって、
前記錘板の形状は、
前記ディスク状記録媒体の最高回転速度に相当する制振周波数と、前記弾性部材のバネ定数とから決定される錘板の質量と、
前記ディスク状記録媒体の主面と垂直な方向でかつ前記錘板の重心位置を通る軸を回転軸とし、前記錘板の質量が前記弾性部材の個数に等分され、前記弾性部材が配置された位置に分配された等配質量に基づいて得られる慣性モーメントと
に基づいて、設定されることを特徴とするディスク装置。 - 複数の弾性部材と錘板とからなるドライブシャーシの制振機構の複数の固有振動モードのうちで、
ディスク状記録媒体の主面と平行な互いに直交する2方向の前記錘板の重心位置での前記錘板の質量における並進振動モードと、
前記錘板の重心位置を通る軸を回転軸とする、前記錘板の質量における回転振動モードと
が有する、各々の固有振動数のいずれをも、前記制振周波数に略一致させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスク装置。
