Claims (6)
- 処理すべき対象物(3, 113)を収納するようになっている1つのアプリケータ(1, 111)と、伝播導波路を介してアプリケータにマイクロ波又は無線波の出力を供給する複数の発振器を備え、3つの前記発振器からそれぞれ発振されるマイクロ波又は無線波を伝播する3つの前記伝播導波路(101-103, 201-203)が3つの直交軸を有する1つの三面体(OX, OY, OZ)を形成する3つのプレート(71-73)上にそれぞれ取り付けられ、かつ前記伝播導波路が前記発振器が相互にデカップルされた状態で前記アプリケータに前記出力を供給するために前記三面体を構成する三面の対称軸(Δ)を基準として対称に配置されるマイクロ波又は無線波装置であって、3つの前記伝播導波路(101-103, 201-203)は、それぞれ長方形断面を有し、3つの前記プレート上に3つの前記長方形断面の各短辺(91-93)が相互に直交したままになるように、それぞれ取り付けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記各伝播導波路(101-103)が、それが取り付けられているプレートに対し直角な長手伝播方向(L1-L3)に沿って延びる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記各伝播導波路(201-203)が、それが取り付けられているプレートに平行な長手伝播方向(l1-l3)に沿って延びる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 3つの前記伝播導波路(101-103)が、各伝播導波路の1つの端部に形成されたマイクロ波を通す窓(41-43)を経て前記アプリケータ内に到達する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 3つの前記伝播導波路(201-203)が、各伝播導波路の1つの辺(91-93, 21A-23A, 21B-23B)内に形成されたスリット(51-53, 51A-51A, 51B-53B)を経て前記アプリケータ内に到達する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記アプリケータ(1)内に収納された前記対象物(3)の形状に応じて前記発振器のデカップリングを調節するために、前記伝播導波路(101-103, 201-203)が、前記三面体(OX, OY, OZ)を構成する三面の対称軸(Δ)に対する対称性を維持しつつ、前記長手伝播方向(L1-L3,l1-l3)を中心とする回転及びこれらの伝播導波路が取り付けられている前記プレート(71-73)に平行な移動によって変化する位置を占める、請求項1に記載の装置。
