Claims (10)
- 側方に対向する正圧側壁および負圧側壁(24、26)であって、前縁と後縁(28、30)両端間の翼弦内、および翼根(32)から、前記両側壁をそれらの遠位端で架橋する外側翼端キャップ(34)までの翼長内に延在する正圧側壁および負圧側壁(24、26)と、
前記正圧側壁(24)の外面で、前記翼端キャップ(34)の下側に、翼弦方向に延在する溝(36)と
を備えるタービンエーロフォイル(12)であって、
前記正圧側壁(24)が、前記溝(36)の背をなす内部湾曲部(38)で前記翼端キャップ(34)に繋がり、前記負圧側壁(26)が、内部フィレット(40)で前記翼端キャップ(34)に繋がり、前記湾曲部(38)およびフィレット(40)は共に前記翼端キャップ(34)の下側に配置されている、タービンエーロフォイル(12)。 - 内部冷却回路(20)と、そこから前記湾曲部(38)を通って前記溝(36)中へ延在する膜冷却孔(42)列とをさらに備える、請求項1記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記翼端キャップ(34)が、前記溝(36)の上側で前記正圧側壁(24)に繋がる第1の外部角部(44)と、前記負圧側壁(26)に繋がる第2の外部角部(46)とを有し、前記湾曲部(38)が、前記第1の角部(44)の裏側に配置され、前記フィレット(40)が前記第2の角部(46)の裏側に配置されている、請求項2記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記第1の角部(44)が、前記溝(36)下側の前記正圧側壁(24)の前記外面と同一面内に整合される、請求項3記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記両側壁(24、26)が、前記翼端キャップ(34)の近くである公称厚さを有し、前記翼端キャップ(34)が同じ公称厚さを有する、請求項4記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記溝(36)が、前記湾曲部(38)中に部分的に届くように、前記側壁公称厚さより深く前記正圧側壁(24)中に延びる、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記湾曲部(38)が、前記湾曲部(38)の背後を凹ませたフィレット(48)で前記翼端キャップ(34)に繋がる、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記溝(36)が、前記湾曲部(38)と同心であり、前記前縁(28)の後ろの前記正圧側壁(24)で始まり、前記翼端キャップ(34)下側で、前記後縁(30)に向かって翼弦方向に延在する、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記翼端キャップ(34)が、前記第1と第2の角部(44、46)との間で平坦な、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
- 前記翼端キャップ(34)が、前記第1の角部(44)から内側に離隔配置され、前記湾曲部(38)の真上に整合されている翼端溝(52)を有する、請求項5記載のエーロフォイル。
