Claims (2)
- 人工関節のステムまたは大腿骨の接合具を構成するプレートのいずれかである体内埋設用インプラントの製造方法であって、
Ti−Nb−Sn合金からなる所定長さに切断した丸棒状素材を所定形状の直線状の直棒状素材に加工する予備形成工程と、
前記直棒状素材をインプラント形状に即すべく曲げ加工を行う曲げ加工工程と、
曲げ加工された前記素材を一対の金型間に装入して2500tonクラスより低いクラスのプレス機を用いて所定のインプラント形状に冷間鍛造加工を行う冷間プレス成形工程と、
成形加工後所定の仕上げ加工を行う仕上げ加工工程と
を有し、
前記曲げ加工工程は前記予備形成工程の後にひき続いて行われる工程であり、前記冷間プレス成形工程は前記曲げ加工工程の後にひき続いて行われる工程であり、
前記素材はTiをベースとし、Nbを20〜40W%、Snを4〜13W%含有している合金であり、
前記曲げ加工工程は、前記直棒状素材を第2の一対の型間に装入し、前記第2の一対の型を押し合わせて30度から50度の角度範囲にある曲げ角度だけくの字状に曲げ加工を行うものである
ことを特徴とする体内埋設用インプラントの製造方法。 - 前記丸棒状素材は、Ti−Nb−Sn合金を水冷銅鋳型を用いて高周波誘導溶解炉により溶解し、熱間鍛造により円柱状に形成したものである
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の体内埋設用インプラントの製造方法。
