Claims (13)
- ターボチャージャー用のスラスト軸受けであって、その軸受けはディスク形状の軸受け本体(10)を有しており、その本体は、軸用の中央開口部(12)、軸に配置したフランジ用であって中央開口部(12)を取り囲む少なくとも一つの軸受け面(14)、および軸受け本体の半径方向外側範囲から中央開口部(12)に至るオイル供給チャネルを備えているスラスト軸受けにおいて、
少なくとも一つのオイル供給チャネルを溝(16')として構成しており、
軸受け面(14)が、中央開口部(12)と同心状に配置したオイル排出のための外周溝(20)に取り囲まれていることを特徴とするスラスト軸受け。 - 潤滑オイルにより圧力を加えることができるオイルポケット(18)であって、軸受け本体(10)の周囲の一部で軸用の中央開口部(12)に同心状に延在しており、そこからオイル供給チャネルが中央開口部(12)に延びているオイルポケットを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 軸受け本体(10)の両側において、軸受けの各面に対して軸に配置したフランジのための、中央開口部(12)を取り囲む軸受け面(14)を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスラスト軸受け。
- オイル供給チャネルを半径方向溝(16')として構成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 半径方向溝(16')として構成した二つまたは三つのオイル供給チャネルを設けていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 軸受け面を溝(16,16')によりお互いに分離した複数のクサビ面(14)に小分けしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受け。
- クサビ面(14)が円周方向で同じように並んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスラスト軸受け。
- オイル供給チャネルを除いて、溝(16)が軸受け面の外側縁をぶち抜いていないことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のスラスト軸受け。
- オイル供給チャネル(16')の断面が、外周溝(20)の断面より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のスラスト軸受け。
- オイル供給チャネル(16')が、直角形状、V字形状、半円形状、または半楕円形状の断面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 軸受け本体(10)が溝(16,16')と一緒に、型鍛造、フライス加工、またはプレス加工を使って製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のスラスト軸受け。
- クサビ面(14)が刻み込み加工されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のスラスト軸受け。
- 請求項1〜12のいずかに記載のスラスト軸受けがついたターボチャージャー。
