本发明涉及轴承领域,具体涉及一种透视轴承。
背景技术
通常情况下,一对齿轮副的啮合情况需要安装到齿轮箱中进行,齿轮副的啮合情况、啮合质量在箱体外是看不到的,虽然打开了箱体能看到齿轮但又不能看到啮合,无法检测,特别是特殊齿轮的啮合、间隙啮合齿轮副的检测更是无法进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种透视轴承。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:透视轴承,透视轴承上开设有透视轴承视孔。
所述透视轴承视孔开设在透视轴承的外圈上。
所述透视轴承视孔加工成孔槽状,其沿径向方向由外壁向内开设,且贯通透视轴承的两个端面。
本发明的特点是:通过在轴承上开设透视轴承视孔,可以直观的看到齿轮箱内齿轮的啮合细节,可以直接检测特殊齿轮啮合间隙等数据。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,主动齿轮3与被动齿轮4组成一对齿轮副安装在齿轮箱内,主动齿轮3与被动齿轮4上均配有,透视轴承1上开设有透视轴承视孔2,所述透视轴承视孔2开设在透视轴承1的外圈上,所述透视轴承视孔2加工成孔槽状,其沿径向方向由外壁向内开设,且贯通透视轴承1的两个端面,所述主动齿轮3上的透视轴承1的透视轴承视孔2与被动齿轮4上的透视轴承1的透视轴承视孔2相对应,形成一个大的观察孔,此观察孔正位于齿轮副的啮合处,使齿轮副的啮合位置展示出来,即可将齿轮副啮合轨迹记录下来,而齿轮副的啮合间隙也可用普通的检测工具检测出来,特别是非啮合齿轮的齿轮间隙的检测。
