Description
Claims (22)
- 脈管挿入アセンブリにおいて、
挿入シース、
該挿入シースの内径に嵌合する寸法を有し、該挿入シースの遠位端部よりも遠位側に配置可能な遠位端部を有するダイレータ、
該ダイレータの遠位端部に配置され、該挿入シースの遠位端部よりも遠位側に配置された後でのみ、流体が流れるよう開口する第一入口ポート、
該ダイレータの近位端部に配置され、該第一入口ポートと流体連通する第一表示器、
該挿入シースの遠位端部に配置された第二入口ポート、及び
該挿入シースの近位端部に配置され、該第二入口ポートと流体連通する第二表示器を備えることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記第一入口ポート及び第二入口ポートは前記アセンブリの挿入角度に適応するように相互にオフセットする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 該脈管挿入アセンブリの遠位端部に配置された第三入口ポート、及び
該脈管挿入アセンブリの近位端部に配置され、該第三入口ポートと流体連通する第三表示器を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記第一入口ポート及び第一表示器は、前記挿入シースの血管への適正挿入の表示を行い、前記第二入口ポート及び第二表示器は、前記挿入シースの血管への過挿入の表示を行う、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第三入口ポート及び第三表示器は、前記挿入シースの血管への初期挿入の表示を行い、
前記第一入口ポート及び第一表示器は、前記挿入シースの血管への適正挿入の表示を行い、
前記第二入口ポート及び前記第二表示器は、前記挿入シースの血管への過挿入の表示を行う、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記第一表示器又は第二表示器の少なくとも一方は滴孔である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第一入口ポートと第一表示器間を流体連通させる第一ルーメンを更に備え、該第一ルーメンは前記ダイレータ内を通る、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第二入口ポートと第二表示器間を流体連通させる第二ルーメンを更に備え、該第二ルーメンは前記ダイレータ内を通る、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第二入口ポートと第二表示器間を流体連通させる第二ルーメンを更に備え、該第二ルーメンは前記挿入シース内を通る、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第一入口ポート及び第二入口ポートは、前記脈管挿入アセンブリの縦方向に相互に離間している、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 第一流体経路及び第二流体経路を備え、該第一流体経路が前記第一入口ポートと前記第一表示器間を流体連通させるルーメンを更に備え、
該第二流体経路は、前記第二入口ポートと前記第二表示器間を流体連通させる、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記第一表示器又は第二表示器の少なくとも一方は圧力計である、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 差圧計を更に備え、
前記第一入口ポートは該差圧計の第一入力ポートと流体連通し、前記第二入口ポートは該差圧計の第二入力ポートと流体連通し、前記脈管挿入アセンブリが血管を穿通したときに該差圧計が表示をする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記差圧計はボールフロート計である、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 脈管挿入アセンブリにおいて、該脈管挿入アセンブリは、
遠位端部及び近位端部を有する挿入シース、
遠位端部及び近位端部を有し、該挿入シースに嵌合する寸法であり、該遠位端部が該挿入シースの遠位端部よりも遠位側に配置可能であるダイレータ、
該ダイレータの遠位端部に配置され、該挿入シースの遠位端部よりも遠位側に配置された後でのみ、流体が流れるよう開口する第一入口ポート、
該挿入シースの遠位端部に配置され、該第一入口ポートとは、該脈管挿入アセンブリの縦方向に相互に離間している第二入口ポート、
該ダイレータの近位端部に配置され、該第一入口ポートと流体連通する第一近位孔、及び
該挿入シースの近位端部に配置され、該第二入口ポートと流体連通する第二近位孔を備え、該脈管挿入アセンブリは、該第一入口ポートが血管に入ると該第一近位孔から流体が流出し、該第二入口ポートが血管に入ると該第二近位孔から流体が流出する構成であることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記第一入口ポート及び第一近位孔の組合せ又は前記第二入口ポート及び第二近位孔の組合せの少なくとも一方の組合せでは、前記ダイレータ内を通るルーメンにより流体連通している、請求項15に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第一入口ポートと前記第二入口ポートとは互い違いに配置されている、請求項15又は16に記載のアセンブリ。
- 表示器、第一アクセスポート及び第二アクセスポートを有する穿通計器を更に備え、
該第一アクセスポートは前記第一近位孔と流体連通し、該第二アクセスポートは前記第二近位孔と流体連通し、前記脈管挿入アセンブリが血管を穿通したときに該表示器は表示を行う、請求項15乃至17のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記第一入口ポート及び第一近位孔の組合せ又は前記第二入口ポート及び第二近位孔の組合せの少なくとも一方の組合せでは、前記挿入シース内を通るルーメンにより流体連通している、請求項15乃至18のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第一入口ポート及び第一近位孔は、前記ダイレータ内を通るルーメンにより流体連通しており、前記第二入口ポート及び第二近位孔は、前記挿入シース内を通るルーメンにより流体連通している、請求項15乃至19のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第一入口ポート及び第一近位孔は、前記挿入シース内を通るルーメンにより流体連通しており、前記第二入口ポート及び第二近位孔は、該挿入シース内を通るルーメンにより流体連通している、請求項15乃至19のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記脈管挿入アセンブリの遠位端部に配置されている第三入口ポート及び第三近位孔を更に備え、
該第三近位孔は該第三入口ポートと流体連通している、請求項15乃至21のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
