Claims (10)
- 基板、複数の表示画素、複数のダミー画素、表示媒体及び共通電極を備えた電子インク表示パネルであって、
前記表示画素は、前記基板上に配置され、マトリクス状に配列されて表示領域を画定し、
前記ダミー画素は、前記表示画素に隣接して前記基板上に配置され、前記基板上に配置されたダミー薄膜トランジスタと、該ダミー薄膜トランジスタに電気的に接続されたダミー画素電極とをそれぞれ含み、
前記表示媒体は、前記表示画素及び前記ダミー画素上に配置され、
前記共通電極は、前記表示媒体上に配置され、前記表示画素の上方にある前記表示媒体は、前記表示画素と前記共通電極との間のバイアス電圧により駆動され、前記表示媒体によりイメージが表示され、前記ダミー画素の上方にある前記表示媒体は、前記ダミー画素と前記共通電極との間の前記バイアス電圧により制御され、
前記ダミー画素の前記ダミー画素電極は、その一部が互いに電気的に接続され、または、互いに電気的に分離されていることを特徴とする電子インク表示パネル。 - 前記表示画素は、前記基板上に配置された表示薄膜トランジスタと、該表示薄膜トランジスタに電気的に接続された表示画素電極とをそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記ダミー画素の前記ダミー画素電極は、その全てが互いに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記基板は、リジッド基板又はフレキシブル基板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記表示画素のレイアウトは、前記ダミー画素のレイアウトと同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記表示画素のレイアウトは、前記ダミー画素のレイアウトと異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記ダミー画素は、前記表示領域の少なくとも一辺上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記ダミー画素は、前記表示領域の二つの平行辺に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記ダミー画素は、前記表示領域の二つの隣接辺に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
- 前記表示領域は、前記ダミー画素により包囲されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インク表示パネル。
