Description
Claims (21)
- 無触媒的部分酸化反応器中で第一の炭化水素部分を酸素により部分的に酸化させ、第一の反応器流出物を生産する段階と;
前記第一の反応器流出物を650℃から1000℃の温度に冷却する段階と;
前記冷却された第一の反応器流出物を改質交換器に供給する段階と;
第二の炭化水素部分を、蒸気と共に前記改質交換器の触媒区域を通過させ、第二の反応器流出物を形成させる段階と;
前記第二の反応器流出物を前記触媒区域から排出させ、前記第一の反応器流出物との混合物を形成させる段階と;
前記混合物を、間接的熱交換で前記触媒区域を横切って通過させ、それにより前記混合物を冷却し、かつ前記触媒区域を加熱する段階と;
前記改質交換器から前記冷却された混合物を回収する段階と、を含む
合成ガスの調製方法。 - 前記第一の反応器流出物を冷却する段階が、前記第一の反応器流出物に、急冷流体として水を導入することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の反応器流出物を冷却する段階が更に間接的熱交換を含む請求項2に記載の方法。

前記触媒区域から前記第二の反応器流出物を排出させ、前記第一の反応器流出物との混合物を形成させる手段と;
前記混合物を、間接的熱交換状態で前記触媒区域を横切って通過させ、それにより前記混合物を冷却し、かつ前記触媒区域を加熱する手段と;
前記冷却された混合物を前記改質交換器から回収する手段と、を含む、
請求項1に記載の合成ガスの調製方法に使用される装置。 - 第一の炭化水素流を第一の反応器流出物に転換する無触媒的部分酸化反応段階、前記第一の反応器流出物を冷却し、かつ回収した熱で蒸気を生産する熱回収段階、および、前記冷却された反応器流出物を受領し、かつ水素含量が向上した製品合成ガスを生産する下流処理段階を含む、合成ガスプロセスを改善するための方法であって:
前記第一の反応器流出物を650℃から1000℃の温度に冷却する段階;
前記冷却された第一の反応器流出物を改質交換器に迂回させる段階;
第二の炭化水素部分を、蒸気と共に前記改質交換器中の触媒区域を通過させ、第二の反応器流出物を形成させる段階;
前記第二の反応器流出物を前記触媒区域から排出させ、前記第一の反応器流出物との混合物を形成させる段階;
前記混合物を、間接的熱交換状態で前記触媒区域を横切って通過させ、それにより前記混合物を冷却し、かつ前記触媒区域を加熱する段階;及び
前記冷却された混合物を前記改質交換器から回収する段階
を含む上記方法。 - 前記第一の反応器流出物に、急冷流体として水を導入する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の反応器流出物を間接的熱交換で冷却する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の炭化水素部分を、前記改質交換器に供給する前に間接的熱交換で加熱する請求項17に記載の方法。
