前記安全扉(10)を構成する部材を、
A)底フレ−ム下部にネジ締めした走行車(150)少なくとも4個と上下方向の昇降ジャッキ(160)を取り付けた平面コ状の底フレ−ム(100B)上に断面コ状の縦フレ−ム(100j)を起立させ、この縦フレ−ム上を断面コ状の横フレ−ム(100h)で連結して左枠体(100bb)を構成し、前記横フレ−ム(100h)に窓板用走行レ−ル(111)を取り付け、この枠体(100bb)に壁パネル板(120)を取り付けた左壁パネル体(10b)、
B)底フレ−ム下部に少なくとも4個の走行車(150)と上下方向の昇降ジャッキ(160)を取り付けた平面コ状の底フレ−ム(100A)上に断面コ状の縦フレ−ム(100g)を起立させ、この縦フレ−ム上を断面コ状の横フレ−ム(100h)で連結して右枠体(100aa)を構成し、この右枠体(100aa)に壁パネル板(120)を取り付けた右壁パネル体(10a)、
C)工作ツ−ルの前面部と上方部を覆うことが可能な断面L字型の透明樹脂板(10c)よりなる窓板(110)、
および、
D)前記左壁パネル体(10b)と右壁パネル体(10a)間に設置される少なくとも2個の補助レ−ル部材(111,112)と1〜3個の補強連結部材(100i)を含む少なくとも3個の補強連結部材(111,100i,112)
とにプレファブリック(A,B,C,D)しておき、
これらのプレファブリック材(A,B,C,D)を工作機械のベッド近傍で次ぎの工程を経て安全扉(10)に組み立てることを特徴とする、工作機械に安全扉を設置する方法。
(1)予め左壁パネル体(10b)に窓板(110)を引き込みしておく。
(2)予め昇降ジャッキ(160)の下部位置が走行車(150)の下部位置よりも高くなるように調整しておいた左壁パネル体(10b)または右壁パネル体(10a)を工作機械のベッド(2)側壁近傍に走行させ、予め定められた位置で走行車(150)の走行を停止する。
(3)予め昇降ジャッキ(160)の下部位置が走行車(150)の下部位置よりも高くなるように調整しておいた右壁パネル体(10a)または左壁パネル体(10b)であって、前記(2)工程では走行されなかった壁パネル体(10aまたは10b)を工作機械のベッド(2)側壁近傍に走行させ、予め定められた位置で走行車(150)の走行を停止する。
(4)前記昇降ジャッキ(160,160)で前記左壁パネル体(10b)および右壁パネル体(10a)を上昇させ、前記走行車(150)の下部を床面より浮かすとともに、昇降ジャッキ(160,160)の底部を着床させて左壁パネル体(10b)および右壁パネル体(10a)の位置決めを行う。
(5)前記左壁パネル体(10b)および右壁パネル体(10a)間を2個の補助レ−ル部材(111,112)と補強連結部材(100i)で連結する。
(6)前記昇降ジャッキ(160,160)で前記左壁パネル体(10b)および右壁パネル体(10a)を下降させ、前記走行車(150,150)の下部を床面に着けることにより工作機械のベッドを囲繞する安全扉(10)を組み立てる。
(7)前記左壁パネル体(10b)より透明樹脂板(10c)よりなる窓板(110)を補助レ−ル部材(111)上を右方向に走査させて窓板(110)を引き出し、工作ツ−ル(3)前方に位置させる。
