The working principle is as follows: when the device is used for reducing noise of mechanical equipment, the supporting base 1 is lifted and sleeved outside the mechanical equipment base, the front side of the fixed clamping plate 10 is attached to the rear side of the equipment base, then the six adjusting knobs 14 are rotated and loosened, the three movable clamping plates 9 are pushed to be respectively in close contact with the two sides and the front side of the equipment base, and then the six adjusting knobs 14 are screwed again, so that the three movable clamping plates 9 can be fixed and the equipment base is clamped, therefore, the main body parts of the supporting base 1 and the top of the device can not move after being fixed, the stability is greatly improved, after the supporting base 1 is fixed, the front panel 3, the side panel 5 and the rear panel 8 are sequentially and fixedly arranged in a square groove at the top of the supporting base 1, then the upper panel 7 is arranged at the tops of the front panel 3, the side panel 5 and the rear panel 8, a raised block at the bottom of the upper panel 7 after being arranged can be embedded into grooves at the tops of the front panel 3 and the rear panel 8, thereby limiting the front panel 3 and the rear panel 8, avoiding the front and back shaking of the top, then downwards pushing the bulge at one side of the connecting plug board 6 to the vertical groove at the outer side of the panel, pushing the connecting plug board 6 to the bottommost part and fixedly connecting the connecting plug board 6 with the board at the outer side of the supporting base 1 through the board at the bottom, thus tightly connecting the panels together, and the device is not an integral structure, thus being more labor-saving in the assembly at the outer side of the device, being very convenient in the assembly, effectively improving the convenience in the installation, pulling the door body 4 open when in use and entering the internal control device, the double-layer glass on the door body 4 can also play a role of sound insulation, and can observe the internal situation, the opening at the front side of the square groove at the top of the supporting base 1 can ensure the door body 4 to be opened smoothly, when the noise is generated inside, part of the noise can be directly absorbed, the other part can be through reflection disc 13 reflection, and the sound wave after the reflection can disperse, consequently, do benefit to more and inhale cotton 11 absorptions of sound, noise reduction effect is more outstanding, when this device is stored or transported to needs, the bolt of connecting the 6 bottoms of picture peg and supporting base 1 to be connected is dismantled earlier, then take out connecting picture peg 6 upwards, again with top panel 7, front panel 3, side panel 5 and rear panel 8 are dismantled in proper order, it can to pile up the platelike structure after these splits when placing like this, the space that occupies when can significantly reduce storing and transporting, convenience when transporting and storing improves greatly.
