Claims (6)
- ベルト本体を有するベルトと、
前記ベルト本体に長手方向軸に沿って配設される心線と、
前記ベルト本体の内面に設けられる複数のベルト歯と、
隣接する前記ベルト歯の間に設けられるベルトランドと、
エンジンクランクシャフトに取付けられ、前記ベルトが掛け回される原動スプロケットと、
前記ベルトが掛け回される従動スプロケットとを備え、
前記ベルトランドに対応するランド領域は、前記ベルト歯に対応する歯領域よりも広く、前記ランド領域の前記歯領域に対する比率が、1.50から10.0の範囲にあり、
前記原動スプロケットに設けられた溝の数がエンジンシリンダの数を2で割った値の整数倍であり、
シリンダにおける点火発生時には、前記ベルトが前記原動スプロケットと係合する点(A)と最初に隣接して噛み合うベルト歯(A’)との間が、少なくとも前記ベルトランドの50%に渡り前記原動スプロケットと接触して前記ベルトランドが前記原動スプロケットから前記ベルトへ摩擦伝動により動力を伝達する
ことを特徴とする同期ベルト伝動システム。 - 少なくとも1つのベルト歯が、前記ベルトと協働する各スプロケットのベルト溝と常時噛み合うように前記ベルトの間隔が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同期ベルト伝動システム。
- 前記ベルト歯の歯先と、これと協働する各スプロケット溝の歯底あるいは歯元との間の干渉が防止されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の同期ベルト伝動システム。
- 前記ベルトランドと前記原動スプロケットの間の摩擦係数が0.30から0.40の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項2〜3の何れか一項に記載の同期ベルト伝動システム。
- 前記ベルトが更に繊維充填材を含有することを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の同期ベルト伝動システム。
- 従動スプロケットの溝の数が、原動スプロケットの溝の数の整数倍であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5の何れか一項に記載の同期ベルト伝動システム。
