Claims (3)
- 粒子を検出する極低温検出器のための熱シールドであって、
多数のセルからなる微細ハニカム構造を有し、各セルの内面を黒くすることにより赤外線を吸収しコリメートするハニカムコリメーターから成り、
前記セルは、前記粒子が通過して前記検出器に入射するものであることを特徴とする熱シールド。 - 請求項1に記載の熱シールドにおいて、上記ハニカムコリメーターは、セラミック又は金属により形成されていることを特徴とする熱シールド。
- 粒子を検出する極低温検出器のための熱シールドであって、
多数のセルからなる微細ハニカム構造を有し、各セルの内面を黒くすることにより赤外線を吸収しコリメートするハニカムコリメーターと、
5μm以下のピッチを有する金属メッシュから成り、
前記セルと前記金属メッシュは、前記粒子が通過して前記検出器に入射するものであることを特徴とする熱シールド。
