Description
The present invention relates to a drainage pipe joint for joining drainage flowing from drainage branch pipes extending from a plurality of drainage appliances (for example, toilets, baths, etc.) in a house, etc., and flowing out to a drainage main pipe on the downstream side, and a drainage pipe using the drainage pipe joint Concerning structure.
Here, the drainage pipe joint is usually installed under the floor of a building such as a house. Since each drainage branch pipe extending from the plurality of drainage devices is intensively connected to the drainage pipe joint installed in such a limited space under the floor, the drainage pipe joint has a piping workability. It is desirable to be excellent.
However, in the drainage pipe joint described in
Moreover, in the drainage pipe joint described in
Furthermore, in the drainage pipe joint described in
This invention is made | formed in view of such a problem, and it aims at providing the drainage pipe joint which can contribute to the workability improvement of drainage piping equipment, and a drainage pipe structure using the same.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the first invention is a drainage pipe joint for joining drainage flowing from each drainage branch pipe extending from a plurality of drainage devices and flowing it out to a drainage main pipe on the downstream side, A tubular joint body having an outlet that communicates with the drainage main pipe at one end and a plurality of branch pipe connection portions that can be connected to the drainage branch pipes on a peripheral wall, the branch pipe connection portion including the joint body One or more of each of the side pipes and the top face are provided, and at least one of the branch pipe connection portions has a connection port having an axial center extending in a vertical direction, and the connection port is bent at a predetermined angle. The drainage branch pipe is connected via a joint, and the bent joint is configured to be rotatable about the axis of the connection port of the branch pipe connecting portion, and extends in a predetermined axial direction. It has a substantially cylindrical shape and is integrated with the bending joint. A sleeve connected in a rollable manner and a cap nut having a substantially cylindrical shape through which the sleeve can be inserted, and a flange portion projecting outward is provided on the peripheral wall of the sleeve; In addition, a threaded portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface, and a folded portion protruding inward is provided at an axial end portion thereof, and the branch pipe connecting portion is screwed with the threaded portion of the cap nut. A threaded surface is formed, and the bent joint includes a threaded portion of the cap nut and a screw of the branch tube connecting portion in a state where the sleeve is inserted inside the connection port of the branch tube connecting portion and the cap nut. As the surface is screwed and the collar portion of the sleeve is sandwiched between the end surface of the branch pipe connection portion and the folded portion of the cap nut, the sleeve pipe is fixed to the branch pipe connection portion. It can be rotated by being released And it is characterized in that it is configured to so that (claim 1).
According to the drain pipe joint of the first invention, the branch pipe connecting portion for connecting the drain branch pipes extending from the plurality of drainage devices is provided not only on the side face of the joint body but also on the upper face. Because drainage branch pipes can be connected from the side of the joint body or from the top, unlike conventional drainage pipe joints where the branch pipe connection is provided only on the side of the joint body, the construction of drainage piping equipment Can be improved.
Further, each drainage branch pipe extending from a plurality of drainage devices and a branch pipe connecting portion provided in the joint body are connected via a bent joint bent at a predetermined angle, and the bent joint is connected to the branch pipe. By being configured to be rotatable around the axis of the connection port on the connection part side, the position of the connection port on the drainage branch pipe side of the bent joint is positioned on the circumference around the axis of the branch pipe connection part. Therefore, the drainage branch pipe can be connected from an appropriate direction extending radially from the axial center of the branch pipe connecting portion. As a result, the connection work of the drainage branch pipe can be facilitated, and the workability of the drainage pipe facility can be improved.
In particular, since the bending joint is configured to be rotatable only in the horizontal direction around the axis of the connection port extending in the vertical direction, the bending joint is bent so as to fall downward toward the upstream side. Is avoided, and the backflow of drainage can be effectively prevented.
The second invention is a drainage pipe joint that joins drainage flowing from drainage branch pipes extending from a plurality of drainage appliances to flow out to a drainage main pipe on the downstream side, and has an outlet that leads to the drainage main pipe. A tubular joint body having a peripheral wall having a plurality of branch pipe connection portions that can be connected to the drain branch pipes at one end is provided on each of the side surface and the upper surface of the joint body. At least one of the branch pipe connection portions provided on the side surface of the branch pipe connection portion is connected to the drainage branch pipe via a universal joint. Is characterized in that the drainage branch pipe is allowed to tilt in the horizontal direction starting from the connection end thereof, while the drainage branch pipe is restricted from tilting in the other direction. (Claim 2).
According to the drainage pipe joint of the second invention, each drainage branch pipe extending from the plurality of drainage devices and the branch pipe connecting portion provided in the joint body are connected via the universal joint, Since the joint is configured to allow the drainage branch pipe to tilt, the connection angle between the drainage branch pipe and the branch pipe connection portion (the angle between the drainage branch pipe axis and the branch pipe connection portion axis) ) Can be changed / adjusted within a predetermined range, the connection work of the drainage branch pipes can be facilitated, and the workability of the drainage piping equipment can be improved.
Particularly, since the tilt of the drainage branch pipe is configured to be allowed only on a horizontal plane, the drainage branch pipe can be prevented from being tilted so as to fall downward toward the upstream side. Can be effectively prevented.
Further, in the second invention, at least one of the branch pipe connecting portions has a connection port having an axial center extending in a vertical direction, and the drainage branch pipe is connected to the connection port via a bent joint bent at a predetermined angle. It is preferable that the bent joint is configured to be rotatable about the axis of the connection port of the branch pipe connecting portion.
According to this configuration, the position of the connection port on the drainage branch pipe side of the bent joint can be displaced along the circumference centering on the axis of the branch pipe connection portion. The drainage branch pipes can be connected from an appropriate direction extending radially from the heart. As a result, the connection work of the drainage branch pipe can be facilitated.
Further, in the first and second inventions, a tubular joint having an outlet that communicates with the drainage main pipe at one end and a plurality of branch pipe connection portions that can be connected to the drainage branch pipes on the peripheral wall The joint main body is formed on a flat surface having a width substantially equal to or larger than the diameter of the drainage main pipe having a substantially cylindrical upper surface portion, and a portion through which the drainage passes. It is preferable that the height is set to be substantially the same as the diameter of the substantially cylindrical main drainage over the entire upstream and downstream direction.
According to this configuration, the upper surface portion of the joint body connected to each drainage branch pipe extending from a plurality of drainage devices is formed on a flat surface having a width substantially equal to or larger than the diameter of the downstream drainage main pipe. As a result, the cross-sectional area of the joint body can be made larger than the cross-sectional area of the drainage main pipe and an air passage can be easily formed in the upper part of the joint body, resulting in the joint body becoming full. In addition to preventing the backflow of drainage (backflow of drainage from the joint body to the drainage branch), trapping of traps provided in drainage equipment due to siphoning caused by the disappearance of the vent layer in the joint body It is possible to prevent the sealed water from being broken (the water filled in the trap provided in the drainage device flows out to the downstream side). Moreover, since the cross-sectional area of the joint body is increased by forming the upper surface of the joint body on a flat surface having a width substantially equal to or larger than the diameter of the main drainage pipe, the height of the cross-section of the joint body is increased. Even if the size is not significantly increased as in the case of a conventional drainage pipe joint, the cross-sectional area of the joint body as described above can be increased and the air passage can be secured. And since the occupation space of the drainage pipe joint in the underfloor part can be reduced by suppressing the height of the cross section of the joint body in this way, it becomes difficult to install the drainage pipe joint particularly in a low-floor house. This can be avoided, and the workability of the drainage piping facility can be improved.
The third invention is a drainage pipe joint for joining drainage flowing from drainage branch pipes extending from a plurality of drainage appliances to flow into a substantially cylindrical drainage main pipe on the downstream side. A tubular joint body having a peripheral wall having a plurality of branch pipe connection portions that can be connected to each drainage branch pipe at one end and having an outlet opening that communicates with the drainage branch pipe. It is formed on a flat surface having a width substantially equal to or larger than the diameter, and the height of the portion through which the drainage passes is set to be approximately the same as the diameter of the drainage main pipe over the entire upstream and downstream direction. (Claim 5).
According to the drainage pipe joint of the third aspect of the invention, the upper surface of the joint body connected to each drainage branch pipe extending from the plurality of drainage devices has a width substantially equal to or larger than the diameter of the downstream drainage main pipe. And the cross-sectional area of the joint body is drained by setting the height of the portion of the joint body through which the drainage passes to approximately the same dimension as the diameter of the drainage main pipe throughout the upstream and downstream directions. Since the cross-sectional area of the main pipe can be made larger and an air passage can be easily formed in the upper part of the joint body, the backflow of drainage caused by the joint body becoming full (from the joint body to the drain branch pipe) The drainage of the trap provided in the drainage device is broken by the siphon phenomenon caused by the disappearance of the ventilation layer in the joint body (drainage) It is possible to prevent flowing out that) on the downstream side of the water filled in the provided within trap.
In the third aspect of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the joint main body is such that the lower half has a semicircular shape with substantially the same radius as the drainage main pipe, and the upper half has a diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the drainage main pipe. It is preferably formed in a substantially rectangular shape having a width of the same size and a height of the same size as the radius of the drainage main pipe .
According to this configuration, the sectional shape of the upper half of the joint body is formed in a rectangular shape and the sectional shape of the lower half is formed in a semicircular shape. In addition to being larger than the area, drainage accumulated in the joint body can be smoothly discharged downstream along the lower circular cross section.
When the cross-sectional shape of the upper half of the joint main body is formed in a substantially rectangular shape as described above, the branch pipe connecting portion can be easily provided on the upper surface and the side surface of the rectangular cross-sectional portion. (Claim 7 ).
In the first, second and third inventions, a connection joint interposed between the joint main body and the drainage main pipe is provided, and the connection joint is other than a connection port connected to the drainage main pipe. said joint body and connectable connection port possess two or more, the waste water main and the not connected to the joint body connection port of said connection joint is preferably is closed by a lid member (claim 8) .
According to this configuration , the joint main body and the drainage main pipe are connected via the connection joint that is separate from the joint main body, and the connection joint has two or more connection ports that can be connected to the joint main body. By having it, it is possible to change the connection location (connection direction) of the joint body or install multiple joint bodies according to the situation of the site where the drain pipe joint is installed. Workability can be improved.
Here, when a large amount of drainage is discharged from a toilet or the like to the drainage main, the flow passage area is preferably set large. Therefore, the flow area of the connection port of the connection joint is set larger than the flow area of each branch pipe connection portion, and at least one connection port of the connection joint has a large amount as described above. It is preferable to directly connect a drainage branch pipe from which drainage is discharged. According to this configuration, a large amount of drainage discharged from a toilet or the like can be instantaneously discharged. Moreover, in this case, the connection port that is not connected to the drainage main pipe, the joint body, and the drainage branch pipe among the connection joints is closed by the lid member (Claim 9).
Further, the present invention is a drain pipe structure in which each drainage branch pipe extending from a plurality of drainage devices is connected to a drainage pipe joint, and further, a drainage main pipe is connected to the downstream side of the drainage pipe joint, The drainage pipe joint according to the first to third inventions is used as a pipe joint (claim 10).
As described above, according to the drainage pipe joint of the present invention and the drainage pipe structure using the joint, the workability of the drainage pipe facility can be improved.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Here, for example, in a drainage pipe facility for general households, a small-diameter pipe (for example, 50 mm) is uniformly used as the
The whole structure of the drainage pipe joint 20 is shown in FIG. 2A is an exploded perspective view of the drainage pipe joint 20, and FIG. 2B is a side view in the assembled state. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B and FIG. 1, the drainage pipe joint 20 includes a tubular
A cross-sectional view of the
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of branch pipe connection portions connected to drain
The branch

Next, the fixing structure of the
The
Next, a connection structure between the branch
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
First, a connection structure using the universal joint 44 will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, in FIG. 5, although the structure which connects the
Fig.5 (a) is the longitudinal cross-sectional view which cut | disconnected the
A
The
FIG. 5D shows a state in which the
Next, a connection structure using the elbow 48 (FIG. 1) will be described. As described above, the
Here, since the
1 and 2 again, the four-way joint 28 will be described.
In this four-way joint 28, the open ends 28 a to 28 d formed in the four directions on the front, rear, left and right are formed in the same horseshoe shape as the cross-sectional shape of the
Further, a cleaning
As described above, according to the drain pipe joint 20 of the present embodiment, the plurality of branch
Further, according to the
Further, according to the drain pipe joint 20 of the present embodiment, the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the drain pipe joint 20 of the present embodiment, the joint
