Description
本発明はフィッシャー−トロプッシュ合成反応生成物からの汚染物除去方法(プロセス)の提供を目的としている。ここでの汚染物は、以下の(i)および(ii)を含有する:(i)有効直径が1ミクロンを超える粒状物質および(ii)有効直径が1ミクロン未満のアルミニウム含有汚染物中に少なくとも5ppm濃度のアルミニウムを含有する。
同方法は以下の工程を包含する:工程(a):フィッシャー−トロプッシュ合成反応生成物を、1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質の除去が可能な第一粒状物質除去ゾーンに通過させる;(b):有効直径が1ミクロン未満のアルミニウム含有汚染物中に5ppm以上の濃度のアルミニウムを含有する、実質的に粒状物質を含有していないフィッシャー−トロプッシュ供給流を同第一粒状物質除去ゾーンから回収する;(c):実質的に粒状物質を含有していない同フィッシャー−トロプッシュ供給流を、ガード床内でアルミニウム活性化条件下で上昇流モードでアルミニウム活性の触媒に接触させ、これにより有効直径が1ミクロン超の含アルミニウム粒子を含有する供給流混合物をフィッシャー−トロプッシュ炭化水素の連続相中に生成させる;(d):同供給流混合物を、工程(c)で生成した含アルミニウム粒子を実質的に全て除去することが可能な第二粒状物質除去ゾーンに通過させる;そして(e):同第二粒状物質除去ゾーンから全アルミニウム濃度が約5ppm未満のフィッシャー−トロプッシュ生成物を回収する。

(発明の詳細な説明)
Claims (21)
- (i)有効直径が1ミクロンを超える粒状物質および(ii)有効直径が1ミクロン未満の含アルミニウム汚染物中に少なくとも5ppm濃度のアルミニウムを含有する汚染物をフィッシャー−トロプッシュ合成反応生成物から除去する方法であって、以下の工程を包含する方法:
(a)フィッシャー−トロプッシュ合成反応生成物を、1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質の除去が可能なろ過、遠心分離又は蒸留による第一粒状物質除去ゾーンに通過させる;
(b)有効直径が1ミクロン未満のアルミニウム含有汚染物中に5ppm以上の濃度のアルミニウムを含有し、1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質を0.1重量%以上の濃度で含有していないフィッシャー−トロプッシュ供給流を同第一粒状物質除去ゾーンから回収する;
(c)1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質を0.1重量%以上の濃度で含有していない同フィッシャー−トロプッシュ供給流を、ガード床内でアルミニウム活性化条件下で上昇流モードでアルミニウム活性の触媒に接触させ、これにより有効直径が1ミクロン超の含アルミニウム粒子を含有する供給流混合物をフィッシャー−トロプッシュ炭化水素の連続相中に生成させる;
(d)同供給流混合物を、工程(c)で生成した含アルミニウム粒子を実質的に全て除去することが可能なろ過、遠心分離又は蒸留による第二粒状物質除去ゾーンに通過させる;そして
(e)同第二粒状物質除去ゾーンから全アルミニウム濃度が5ppm未満のフィッシャー−トロプッシュ生成物を回収する。 - 該アルミニウム活性の触媒は酸化物母材に担持される少なくとも一種の6族の活性金属および少なくとも一種の8族の活性塩基性金属を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該6族の金属はクロム、モリブデンおよびタングステンからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 該8族の金属はニッケルおよびコバルトからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 該ガード床は288°C(550°F)以上の温度に維持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該ガード床は316°C(600°F)以上の温度に維持されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。

- 該ガード床は沸騰床として運転されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- (i)有効直径が1ミクロンを超える粒状物質および(ii)有効直径が1ミクロン未満の含アルミニウム汚染物中に少なくとも5ppm濃度のアルミニウムを含有する汚染物をフィッシャー−トロプッシュ合成反応生成物から除去する方法であって、以下の工程を包含する方法:
(a)フィッシャー−トロプッシュ生成物をワックス留分とコンデンセート留分に分離する;
(b)同ワックス留分を、1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質の除去が可能なろ過、遠心分離又は蒸留による第一粒状物質除去ゾーンに通過させる;
(c)有効直径が1ミクロン未満のアルミニウム含有汚染物中に5ppm以上の濃度のアルミニウムを含有し、1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質を0.1重量%以上の濃度で含有していないフィッシャー−トロプッシュ・ワックス流を第一粒状物質除去ゾーンから回収する;
(d)1ミクロンを超える有効直径を有する粒状物質を0.1重量%以上の濃度で含有していない同フィッシャー−トロプッシュ・ワックス流を、固定ガード床内で水素の存在下で少なくとも316°C(600°F)の温度及び1.0以上のLHSVの条件下で上昇流モードでアルミニウム活性の触媒に接触させ、これによりフィッシャー−トロプッシュ・ワックス炭化水素の連続層内に有効直径が1ミクロン超の含アルミニウム粒子を含有する混合物を生成させる;
(e)該混合物を、工程(d)で生成した含アルミニウム粒子を実質的に全て除去することが可能なろ過、遠心分離又は蒸留による第二粒状物質除去ゾーンに通過させる;そして
(f)該第二粒状物質除去ゾーンから全アルミニウム濃度が1ppm未満のフィッシャー−トロプッシュ生成物を回収する。
