β−OH量を多くするために、含水量の高い原料(例えば、水酸化アルミニウム)を選択したり、ガラスを溶融する際の燃焼ガス中の水分量を多くしたり、溶融ガラス中に水蒸気のバブリングなどの手法が単独で、または、組み合わせて用いられる。
Claims (4)
- β−OH量が0.20/mm以上であり、長さが2μm以上の表面キズの数が、有効面に140個/cm2以下であることを特徴とする燃焼装置窓用Li2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶性ガラス。
- 核形成剤がTiO2、ZrO2およびP2O5からなる群よりなる1種または2種以上の成分からなり、核形成剤を2〜15質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼装置窓用Li2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶性ガラス。
- 質量換算で、[Li2O/(SiO2+Al2O3)]の値が、0.03〜0.06であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃焼装置窓用Li2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶性ガラス。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のLi2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶性ガラスを熱処理してなることを特徴とする燃焼装置窓用Li2O−Al2O3−SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
