Claims (3)
- 粉状の黒砂糖100重量部に対し、2〜6重量部の水のみを加え、
前記黒砂糖の温度を60℃以下に調整して混練することにより、粘弾性を有する黒砂糖の混練物を形成し、
一群の貫通孔が明けられた円筒形のスクリーンと、前記スクリーンの内周面に弾性圧着しながら回転する押し出し羽根とを備え、前記押し出し羽根が縦軸まわりに回転する縦型バスケット式の押し出し成形機を用い、当該押し出し成形機に前記黒砂糖の混練物を投入し、
前記黒砂糖の混練物を前記押し出し羽根で前記スクリーンに断続的に押し付けて、前記貫通孔から前記黒砂糖の混練物を横向きに押し出してつくる固形黒砂糖の製造方法。 - 混練時の黒砂糖の温度が、冷水を加えることによって60℃以下に調整されている請求項1記載の固形黒砂糖の製造方法。
- 外表面に節状の押し出し跡が形成されている請求項1または2記載の製造方法によってつくられる固形黒砂糖。
