Description
テーパ円柱状構造により、モノリスロッドがクラッド内で流れの方向にズレことを防ぐころができる。これにより、テーパ円柱状構造のモノリスロッドには、円柱状構造と比較して、モノリスロッドの機械強度までの、圧力で送液することができる。

Claims (11)
- 試料及び移動相が流入する多孔質体で成形されたモノリスロッドと、前記モノリスロッドを内在するクラッドを有する分離カラムにおいて、
前記クラッドは円筒形状であり、内周側がテーパ円筒形状を有し、
前記モノリスロッドはテーパ円柱形状を有し、
前記モノリスロッドと前記クラッドの境界面が軸方向に向かって傾斜していることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
前記モノリスロッドは長さ30mm〜200mm程度、中央部の直径が1.2mm〜2.8mm程度であることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
前記モノリスロッドはクラッド内の軸中心に位置していることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
前記分離カラムに流入する移動相の圧力を5〜60MPaとすることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
前記分離カラムに流入する移動相の流量を0.5〜2.0mL/minとすることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
モノリスロッドの流れ方向入口側の直径が流れ方向出口側の直径に比較し0.1mm以上大きいことを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
モノリスロッドを、内部が空になっているクラッド内でゾルゲル反応により合成することを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムおいて、
前記分離カラムを直列に複数連結して用いることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムを具備することを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ。
- 請求項1に記載された分離カラムにおいて、
前記モノリスロッド、およびクラッドの境界は試料及び移動相が流入する入口側近傍部位が外に向かって末広がりの形状をしていることを特徴とする分離カラム。 - 請求項1に記載された分離カラムにおいて、
前記モノリスロッド、およびクラッドの境界は試料及び移動相が流入する入口側から出口側に向かって先太になる形状をしていることを特徴とする分離カラム。
