Claims (8)
- 多数の耐火レンガをその長さ方向が炉壁厚さの方向に配向するように積み重ねて接着一体化した耐火物ブロックを炉内に搬入し、この耐火物ブロックを円筒型溶融金属炉の炉内の周方向および高さ方向に順次積み付ける炉壁内張り施工方法において、前記耐火物ブロックの両側端に位置する耐火レンガを短尺化して炉壁厚さ方向の後方側に位置させることにより、耐火物ブロックを積み付けた際、炉周方向に隣接する耐火物ブロック同士の接合部に高さ方向に延び且つ炉内側に開口した凹溝を形成させ、次いでこの凹溝を嵌入耐火レンガをもって充填する円筒型溶融金属炉の炉壁内張り施工方法。
- 炉内側に開口した凹溝の深さが、耐火物ブロック厚さの2/8〜5/8である請求項1記載の円筒型溶融金属炉の炉壁内張り施工方法。
- 耐火物ブロックがその背面に耐火性断熱ボードを接着したものである請求項1又は2記載の円筒型溶融金属炉の炉壁内張り施工方法。
- 耐火物ブロックの下部に耐火レンガの積み重ね欠落部を設け、この欠落部により形成された空隙に吊具を挿通して耐火物ブロックを吊り下げ、耐火物ブロックを炉壁内の所定の積み付け箇所に搬送して積み付けた後、前記の欠落部に耐火物を充填する請求項1、2又は3記載の円筒型溶融金属炉の炉壁内張り施工方法。
- 耐火レンガの積み重ね欠落部で形成された空隙に、耐火物ブロックの内周面側から吊具としてL字型フックを挿入して耐火物ブロックを吊り下げることにより、耐火物ブロックを炉壁内の所定の積み付け箇所に搬送する請求項4記載の円筒型溶融金属炉の炉壁内張り施工方法。
- 円筒型溶融金属炉の炉内の周方向および高さ方向に順次積み付ける炉壁内張り施工用の耐火物ブロックであって、多数の耐火レンガをその長さ方向が炉壁厚さの方向に配向するように積み重ねて接着一体化してなり、さらに両側端に位置する耐火レンガを短尺化して炉壁厚さ方向の後方側に位置させた炉壁内張り施工用の耐火物ブロック。
- 両側端に位置する耐火レンガの長さが、他の耐火レンガの長さの3/8〜6/8である請求項6記載の炉壁内張り施工用の耐火物ブロック。
- 下部に耐火レンガの積み重ね欠落部を設け、この欠落部により空隙を形成した請求項6又は7記載の炉壁内張り施工用の耐火物ブロック。
