Description
The present invention relates to a bath agent composition having high emulsification stability, giving a sufficient moist feeling to the skin even after bathing, and having excellent temporal stability.
Conventionally, a bath agent is a preparation that is solubilized, emulsified or dispersed uniformly in oily components and medicinal components and contained in hot water for the purpose of applying to the entire body surface. Since many oily and medicinal components are insoluble or difficult to dissolve in hot water, a technique of solubilizing or emulsifying using a surfactant and adapting to hot water in a bathtub is widely used. However, there has been a drawback that the formation of the emulsion of the bathing agent charged in the bathtub does not occur uniformly and the oil floats in the bathtub or the odor of the preparation deteriorates with time. These causes are presumed to be that the combination of the oil component and the surfactant is not suitable or the surfactant itself is deteriorated. Under such circumstances, there has been a demand for the development of a bathing agent with high emulsion stability and little change in odor when it is poured into the bathtub or in a state diluted in the bathtub after charging.
So far, several solutions have been proposed.
For example, unsaturated hydrocarbon polyoxyethylene adducts such as polyoxyethylene oleate and polyoxyethylene oleyl ether are used as nonionic activators (for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3). Polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl such as polyoxyethylene monococonut oil fatty acid glyceryl and polyoxyethylene monoisostearate glyceryl is used (for example, Patent Document 4 and Patent Document 5).
However, when using unsaturated hydrocarbon polyoxyethylene adducts such as polyoxyethylene oleate and polyoxyethylene oleyl ether, the stability of the emulsion is good when thrown into the bath or after throwing, Inferior odor stability over time. In addition, when polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl such as polyoxyethylene monococonut oil fatty acid glyceryl and polyoxyethylene monoisostearate glyceryl is used, it is possible to obtain a product with less odor generation after elapse of time, but emulsifying property when bathing The target effect cannot be obtained.
Under such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a bath agent composition that has high emulsification stability, gives a sufficient moist feeling to the skin even after bathing, and has excellent temporal stability.

(In the formula, Z is a hydroxyl group residue of sorbitol and a = 6 , EO is an oxyethylene group, PO is an oxypropylene group, R is an isostearic acid residue or a hydrogen atom, and the esterification rate is 15 to 85%. m and n are average addition mole numbers of oxyethylene group and oxypropylene group, respectively, n = 0, satisfying 1 ≦ m + n ≦ 20 and m / (m + n) ≧ 0.8. (The propylene group may be added in blocks or randomly.)
b) Oily component c) Moisturizing component
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can provide an excellent bath agent composition having high emulsification stability, giving a sufficient moist feeling to the skin even after bathing, and further preventing emulsification stability and odor generation after aging.
aは5≦aを満たし、好ましくは5≦a≦12である。
In the polyoxyalkylene polyol isostearic acid ester represented by the formula (I), Z is a hydrocarbon residue excluding a hydroxyl group having 5 or more carbon atoms and 5 or more hydroxyl groups, pentitol, xylitol, mannitol, sorbitol, inositol, Examples include dehydroxylated residues of polyhydric alcohols such as galactitol. Preferably, it is a dehydroxylated residue of a hydrocarbon having 5 to 12 carbon atoms and 5 to 12 hydroxyl groups, more preferably a dehydroxylated residue of sorbitol. When Z is a hydrocarbon dehydroxylated residue having less than 5 carbon atoms and less than 5 hydroxyl groups, such as glycerin, the emulsion stability after aging cannot be obtained.
a satisfies 5 ≦ a, and preferably 5 ≦ a ≦ 12.
R is an isostearic acid residue or a hydrogen atom, and the esterification rate is 15 to 85%, where the ratio of the number of esterification to the total hydroxyl groups of the polyhydric alcohol residue is the esterification rate, preferably 30-70%. The esterification rate is a numerical value indicating the proportion of all hydroxyl groups that have been esterified, and is calculated by the hydroxyl value before and after esterification. If it is higher than 85%, the emulsifiability when put into the bathtub is inferior, and in some cases oil floating occurs. If it is lower than 15%, the emulsifying property when put into the bathtub is good, but the emulsifying stability after aging is inferior, and the moist feeling after bathing is not sufficient.
The isostearic acid is a fatty acid having 18 carbon atoms containing branched structures at various sites such as 16-methylheptadecanoic acid, 2-heptylundecanoic acid, 2-octyldecanoic acid, and a mixture thereof.
When R is a residue of fatty acids other than isostearic acid, for example, residues of lauric acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid, the emulsion stability after time is inferior, and oleic acid is inferior in odor after time.
EO represents an oxyethylene group, and PO represents an oxypropylene group.
m and n are the average number of moles of oxyethylene group and oxypropylene group added to the existing hydroxyl group, 1 ≦ m + n ≦ 20, m / (m + n) ≧ 0.8, preferably 1 ≦ m + n ≦ 10, More preferably, 3 ≦ m + n ≦ 8 and n = 0. When m + n is less than 1 or more than 20, the target emulsion stability after aging cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if m / (m + n) is smaller than 0.8, the emulsion stability after the lapse of time is poor. The oxyethylene group and the oxypropylene group may be added in a block form or randomly.
5-120 are preferable and (m + n) xa which is the total addition mole number of an oxyalkylene group has more preferable 15-100.

The inventive examples using the bath agent composition of the present invention satisfied all the performances.
On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 in which tetraoleic acid POE (30) sorbitol was blended was excellent in emulsifying property, but the odor after aging was poor. The comparative example 2 which does not contain the polyoxyalkylene polyol isostearic acid ester of this invention was inferior to the emulsification stability after time and the moist feeling of the skin after bathing. In Comparative Example 3 in which the oil component is blended within the scope of the claims and Comparative Example 4 in which the moisturizing component is not blended, the moisturizing feeling after bathing is inferior. In Comparative Examples 5 to 7 in which a nonionic surfactant having a glycerin skeleton was blended, the odor after time was excellent, but the emulsifiability and the emulsion stability after time were inferior.
Thus, all of the comparative bath compositions did not satisfy all of the emulsifying properties when poured into hot water, the moist feeling of the skin after bathing, the emulsion stability after aging, and the odor after aging. .
