Claims (4)
- フラーレン細線を1Pa以下または不活性ガス雰囲気中で800℃以上の温度で熱処理した後、トルエンまたはベンゼン中で残留フラーレンを溶出させて黒鉛化細線を得ることを特徴とする黒鉛化細線の製造方法。
- 850℃〜1150℃の温度範囲で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の黒鉛化細線の製造方法。
- フラーレン細線は、フラーレンの針状結晶からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の黒鉛化細線の製造方法。
- フラーレンが、C60フラーレン、C70以上の高次のフラーレン、フラーレン誘導体、金属内包フラーレンからなる群より選択される請求項3に記載の黒鉛化細線の製造方法。
