Claims (1)
- 鋳型上部に電磁撹拌用コイルを収納する電磁撹拌コイル収納室全体の冷却水通水が不要な電磁撹拌用コイル収納室を配し、下部に電磁制動装置を配し、前記電磁撹拌コイルと前記電磁制動装置の間に前記コイル収納室下部プレートの一部として配置された磁束遮蔽板を具備する溶融金属の連続鋳造用鋳型において、
炭素鋼からなる前記磁束遮蔽板に厚み3〜4mmのステンレス鋼板を加工した冷却パネルを前記コイル収納室側に張設すると共に、前記冷却パネルに対向し且つ冷却水に接触する磁束遮蔽板表面に30〜50μmの厚みのNiメッキにて防錆処置を施し、前記冷却パネルに複数の凹部を配すると共に、該凹部の底に該パネルを磁束遮蔽板に固定するための孔を穿設し、冷却パネルを磁束遮蔽板に前記孔を介して溶接結合することにより冷却パネルと磁束遮蔽板の間に冷却水を供給する空間が形成され、さらに前記コイル収納室の天井が複数の凹部を配した冷却パネルを備えたプレート冷却壁であることを特徴とする溶融金属の連続鋳造用鋳型。
