Description
まず、とくに図14及び図15に示すように、本体部29の前部がハウジング10の内端に近づくのに伴って、環状フランジ34の縁部の上の当接部35が、ハウジング10の第1の部分17と残部との間の内側縁部に接触し始める。そして、(図14図及び図15に最も明瞭に示されているように)この内側縁部40は、反らされる(ramped)。さらに、当接部35の形状は、本体部29のさらに前方への移動が、当接部35を、反らされた内側縁部40に沿って寄りかからせ、内向きに押されるようなものとされる。当接部35は、内向きに押圧される(pressed)ので、本体部29との係合から解放されるようになる。したがって、プラグ32は、本体部29から解放されるようになる。これと同時に、当接部35の内向きの移動は、該当接部35を、針保持部11の一部を形成している環状フランジ23の自由端の上に存在する小さいリップ25と係合させる。さらに、小さいリップ25との係合に加えて、内向きの移動はまた、環状フランジ23を内向きに移動させる結果ともなる。そして、これは小さいリブ24を、溝24との係合から解放する。かくして、針保持部11は、ハウジング10との係合から切り離され又は解放され、さらにプラグ32は本体部29から切り離され又は解放される。ここで、真空の内室30は、プラグ32を室内に吸い戻すといった結果を生じさせる。ここで、プラグ32が針保持部11に結合されるのに伴って、針保持部11もまた室内に吸い戻される。この最終的な位置は、図13に示されている。図13に示すように、針保持部(汚染された針を伴っている)が室内に吸い戻されたときに、針は完全に本体部29によって遮蔽される(shielded)。
Claims (9)
- 引き抜かれた血液を採取するチューブを収容するように構成された開口後端部と、前端部とを有するハウジングと、
上記前端部に配設された針保持部と、
上記針保持部に取り付けられ、両頭針状であり、上記ハウジングから外部に突出する第1の端部(外端部)と、上記ハウジングの内部に突出する第2の端部(内端部)とを有する針とを備えていて、
上記針保持部は、該針保持部とこれに取り付けられた上記針とが引っ込むことができるように、上記ハウジングに対して取り外し可能に取り付けられ、
さらに、針引っ込め装置を備えていて、該針引っ込め装置は、上記ハウジング内に押し入れられて、該ハウジングから針保持部を解放させるとともに、取り付けられた上記針を収容している上記針保持部を該針引っ込め装置内に引っ込めることができるように構成され、
上記針保持部は、上記ハウジングと係合して該針保持部を上記ハウジングに対して保持する少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材を含み、
上記フィンガ部材は、該フィンガ部材が上記針保持部を上記ハウジングに対して保持する固定位置と、上記針保持部が上記ハウジング内に引っ込められることができる解放位置との間で屈曲可能となっていることを特徴とする採血装置。 - 上記針保持部が、少なくとも2つの部品で構成される集合体を備えていて、
第1の部品は、内側部品であり、通路を備えていて、穿刺針が上記通路を通って伸びて該穿刺針を該内側部品にぴったり合わせることができ、
第2の部品は、外側の鼻状部を備えていて、上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材が上記鼻状部に対して取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の採血装置。 - 上記針引っ込め装置は、真空を保持するとともに開口端部を有する縦長の中空体を備えるとともに、
上記縦長の中空体の上記開口端部を閉止し、上記中空体内において滑り運動を行うことができるように構成され、上記開口端部に対して取りはずし可能に取り付けられたピストンを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の採血装置。 - 上記ピストンは、上記中空体の1つの端部に対して上記ピストンを取りはずし可能に取り付ける少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材を備えていて、
上記フィンガ部材は、上記ピストンが上記中空体に取り付けられる固定位置と、上記ピストンが真空の影響下で上記中空体内に引っ込められることができる解放位置との間で移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の採血装置。 - 上記ピストン上の上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材は上記ピストンから前向きに伸び、上記針保持部上の上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材は後向きに伸び、
上記針引っ込め装置が上記針保持部の後部に対して押し付けられるのに伴って、上記ピストン上の上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材は上記針保持部上の上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材を解放し、上記針保持部上の上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材と係合することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の採血装置。 - 上記ハウジングには、該ハウジングの前部に形成された傾斜部が設けられ、
上記針引っ込め装置が上記針保持部の後部に対して押し付けられたときに、上記傾斜部は上記ピストン上の上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材と当接し、
上記少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材は、上記傾斜部に沿って寄りかかり、該少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材を、上記中空体との係合から解放し、取り付けられた上記針保持部を収容している上記ピストンが、真空の影響下において上記中空体内に引っ込められることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の採血装置。 - 上記ピストンは突き刺し可能な材料を含み、
上記突き刺し可能な材料は、上記針引っ込め装置が上記針保持部の後部に対して押し付けられて上記針の内端部を封止したときに、上記針の内端部によって突き刺されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の採血装置。 - 上記ピストンは、上記中空体内への該ピストンの引っ込め速度を制御する速度制御部を含み、
上記制御部は、上記ピストンから伸び、上記中空体とシールを保って係合して上記中空体上での上記ピストンの摩擦力を増加させるシール部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の採血装置。 - 引き抜かれた血液を採取するチューブを収容するように構成された開口後端部と、前端部とを有するハウジングと、
上記前端部に配設された針保持部と、
上記針保持部に取り付けられ、両頭針状であり、上記ハウジングから外部に突出する第1の端部(外端部)と、上記ハウジングの内部に突出する第2の端部(内端部)とを有する針とを備えていて、
上記針保持部は、該針保持部とこれに取り付けられた上記針とが引っ込むことができるように、上記ハウジングに対して取りはずし可能に取り付けられ、
上記針保持部は、上記ハウジングと係合して該針保持部を上記ハウジングに対して保持する少なくとも1つのフィンガ部材を含み、
上記フィンガ部材は、該フィンガ部材が上記針保持部を上記ハウジングに対して保持する固定位置と、上記針保持部が上記ハウジング内に引っ込められることができる解放位置との間で屈曲可能となっていることを特徴とする採血装置。
