Description
Claims (7)
- ガスタービンのステータ側の部品であるハウジングやガイド翼リングなどの部品を補修するための部品補修方法であって、前記部品から損傷部分を切除し、その損傷部分である切除部分に替えて交換用部分を溶接により前記部品に固定接合する部品補修方法において、
補修対象部品である前記部品から前記損傷部分を切除する際に、その切断線即ち予定溶接線の長さが、前記部品における肉厚が可及的に均一になるような線に沿った長さよりも短くなるようにして切除を行い、この場合に前記切断線即ち前記予定溶接線の全周が材料で囲繞されるようにし、また、前記予定溶接線に沿った肉厚が可及的に均一な肉厚になるように、肉厚が前記予定溶接線に沿った該均一な肉厚より厚い前記部品の領域で前記部品に肉削りを施し、また、前記部品に前記交換用部分を接合した後に少なくとも前記肉削りにより除去した部分をレーザ粉末肉盛り溶接により再形成することを特徴とする部品補修方法。 - 前記予定溶接線に沿った肉厚が最適溶接部肉厚となるように、前記切断線に沿った肉厚分布に応じて、前記部品のうちの肉厚が前記最適溶接部肉厚より厚い領域では前記部品に前記肉削りを施し、一方、前記部品のうちの肉厚が前記最適溶接部肉厚より薄い領域では前記部品に肉盛りを施すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記予定溶接線に沿った肉厚を可及的に均一な肉厚とするために行う前記肉削り及び必要に応じて行う肉盛りを、前記損傷部分の切除を行う前または切除を行った後のいずれかに実施することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記部品に前記交換用部分を接合した後に、前記部品のうちの肉削りを施した領域と、前記交換用部分の領域とに、レーザ粉末肉盛り溶接により肉盛りを施して、補修が完了した前記部品に所定の輪郭を付与することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項4に記載した方法に続いて、表面仕上げ加工を実行することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法をハウジングやガイド翼リングなどの、ガスタービンの、また特に航空機用エンジンであるガスタービンの、ステータ側の部品の補修に用いることを特徴とする使用方法。
- ガスタービンのステータ側の部品であるハウジングやガイド翼リングなどの部品を製造するための部品製造方法であって、少なくとも2個の部品部分を溶接により互いに固定接合する部品製造方法において、
互いに接合する前記部品部分が、予定溶接線の領域において、該予定溶接線に沿った肉厚が均一であるようにしておき、前記部品部分を互いに接合した後に、レーザ粉末肉盛り溶接による肉盛りを実行し、接合した領域に局所的な突起部または肉厚の厚い部分を形成するようにして、所定の部品輪郭を得るようにする、
ことを特徴とする部品製造方法。
