Description
Claims (19)
- 鉄筋コンクリート構造(28)を陰極防食するための陽極アセンブリ(10)であって、少なくとも1つの犠牲陽極部材(12)と、犠牲陽極部材を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が結合された活性化モルタル(14)であって、前記活性化モルタル(14)は、犠牲陽極部材(12)を少なくとも部分的に覆うように形成された、形成材料(14)と、1つの側(26)を有する形成材料が鋼鉄筋(20)の形状へ適合するように構成され、また形成材料の不可欠な部分として、イオン非伝導性障壁(16)を有することとを含む陽極アセンブリ。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)が亜鉛又は亜鉛合金である請求項1に記載された陽極アセンブリ。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)がその外部表面積の3〜6倍の実際の表面積を有する高表面積構造である請求項1に記載された陽極アセンブリ。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が活性化モルタル(14)のpHを13.3よりも上に上げるための十分な量で存在するアルカリ性水酸化物である請求項1に記載の陽極アセンブリ。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が潮解性又は吸湿性材料である請求項1に記載の陽極アセンブリ。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が硝酸リチュウム、臭化リチュウム、又はこれらの組み合わせである請求項1に記載の陽極アセンブリ。
- イオン非伝導性障壁(16)の断面が「V」形であって、本質的に活性化モルタル(14)の1つの側の長さに沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽極アセンブリ。
- イオン非伝導性障壁(16)が鋼鉄筋と接触し、少なくとも4cmの鋼鉄筋に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の陽極アセンブリ。
- 鉄筋コンクリート構造を陰極防食する方法であって、少なくとも1つの犠牲陽極部材(12)と、前記犠牲陽極部材(12)を活性化モルタル(14)の中に部分的に埋め込み、犠牲陽極部材(12)を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が前記活性化モルタル(14)の中へ結合され、前記活性化モルタル(14)は、鋼鉄筋の形状へ適合するように構成されるイオン非伝導性障壁(16)を有することを特徴とし、細長い金属導体を鉄筋コンクリート構造の補強鋼へ接続して、保護電流が流れるようにすることを含む方法。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)が亜鉛又は亜鉛合金である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)がその外部表面積の3〜6倍の実際の表面積を有する高表面積構造である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が活性化モルタル(14)のpHを13.3よりも上に上げるための十分な量で存在するアルカリ性水酸化物である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 犠牲陽極部材(12)を電気化学的に活性化する活性剤が潮解性又は吸湿性材料である請求項9に記載の方法。
- イオン非伝導性障壁(16)の断面が「V」形であって、本質的に活性化モルタル(14)の1つの側の長さに沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- イオン非伝導性障壁(16)が鋼鉄筋と接触し、少なくとも4cmの鋼鉄筋に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 鋼鉄筋(20)を有するコンクリートを陰極防食するための陽極アセンブリ(10)の犠牲陽極部材(12)を覆う多数の側面を有する活性化モルタル(14)であって、1つの側面(26)が前記鉄鋼筋(20)へ適合するように構成されたことを特徴とする材料。
- 鋼鉄筋(20)を有するコンクリートを陰極防食するための陽極アセンブリ(10)の犠牲陽極部材(12)を覆う多数の側面を有する活性化モルタル(14)であって、鋼鉄筋(20)に適合するように構成され、鋼鉄筋(20)を活性化モルタル(14)から分離するイオン非伝導性障壁(16)を備えた一つの側面(26)を特徴とする材料。
- イオン非伝導性障壁(16)が、前記補強部材の隣接部分への電流の流れを低減するような十分な非伝導性のプラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の材料。
- 障壁が活性化ブロック(14)の表面へ取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の材料。
