Description
請求項1は、軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物から可塑剤を回収する可塑剤の回収方法であって、軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物と、メタノールと、二酸化炭素とを、前記二酸化炭素の超臨界状態下に、接触させ、次いで、超臨界状態を解除して得られる固液残留物から液状部分を分離することを特徴とする可塑剤の回収方法であり、
請求項2は、前記軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物が鉛化合物を含まない鉛無含有軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物である前記請求項1に記載の可塑剤の回収方法である。
図1に示される装置を使用した。加熱装置及び攪拌装置を備えた内容量1000mLのSUS製の第1の槽2に、軟質ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムを適宜の大きさに解砕した試料10gとメタノール20mLとを投入した。このとき、開閉弁6Aを閉鎖状態にしておいた。
内容量100mlのテフロン製のビーカーに、軟質ポリ塩化ビニルフィルムから成る試料0.5gと8Mの苛性ソーダを水に溶解してなるアルカリ水溶液50mlとを装入した。

Claims (2)
- 軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物から可塑剤を回収する可塑剤の回収方法であって、
軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物と、メタノールと、二酸化炭素とを、前記二酸化炭素の超臨界状態下に、接触させ、次いで、超臨界状態を解除して得られる固液残留物から液状部分を分離することを特徴とする可塑剤の回収方法。 - 前記軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物が鉛化合物を含まない鉛無含有軟質ポリ塩化ビニル系回収物である前記請求項1に記載の可塑剤の回収方法。
