Claims (4)
- 石膏廃材を350℃以上、1000℃以下で焼成した無水石膏を加圧した後、解砕することにより、該無水石膏のモード粒径を10μm以上、1000μm以下に変更し、該無水石膏の輸送機器又は/及び貯蔵機器における取扱性を改善することを特徴とする無水石膏の取扱方法。
- 前記解砕後の無水石膏を分級し、所定の粒度以外の無水石膏のすべて又は一部を再度加圧し、解砕することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無水石膏の取扱方法。
- 前記無水石膏の加圧後の成形品のかさ比重が0.18g/cm3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無水石膏の取扱方法。
- 前記無水石膏の加圧にコンパクトマシンを用い、該コンパクトマシンの成形線圧を2.0t/cm以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の無水石膏の取扱方法。
