Claims (3)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸に固定される複数の羽根車と、
前記複数の羽根車を収容するケーシングと、
回転側と固定側との間からの流体の漏洩を防止するメカニカルシールと、
前記メカニカルシールを収容するシール室と、
オイルを貯留するオイル貯留部と、
前記オイル貯留部と前記シール室とを連通させるオイル供給ラインと、
前記シール室からオイルを排出し、前記オイル貯留部に連通するオイル排出ラインと、
前記オイル貯留部内のオイルを加圧して前記シール室に供給し、オイルを前記オイル貯留部と前記シール室との間で循環させるオイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプと前記シール室との間に位置し、前記オイル供給ライン上に設けられた逆止弁、前記逆止弁と前記シール室との間に配置された少なくとも1つのアキュムレータ、および前記オイル排出ライン上に設けられた閉止弁を有する圧力保持機構とを備え、
前記シール室内のオイルの圧力は前記流体の圧力よりも高いことを特徴とする多段高圧ポンプ。 - 前記閉止弁は、前記オイルポンプが停電により停止したときに閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段高圧ポンプ。
- 前記メカニカルシールは、
互いに摺接する第1の回転側シール部材および第1の固定側シール部材と、
互いに摺接する第2の回転側シール部材および第2の固定側シール部材とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段高圧ポンプ。
