Description

Claims (12)
- 埋め込み可能医療デバイスにおいて患者の心室収縮状態を評価するよう用いられることを特徴とする埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法であって、
前記埋め込み可能医療デバイスにおいて前記患者の心臓の乱れを観測するステップと、
前記埋め込み可能医療デバイスにおいて前記乱れに続く収縮性増強作用を測定するステップと、
前記患者の心室収縮状態を確定するために、前記埋め込み可能医療デバイスにおいて前記収縮性増強作用を定量化するステップと、
を含み、前記定量化するステップは、前記測定された増強作用の関数として再循環率を計算することを含む、埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。 - 前記識別するステップが、前記埋め込み可能医療デバイスから前記患者の体内で前記乱れを誘発することを含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。
- 前記心臓の乱れは、期外収縮性拍動を含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。
- 前記心臓の乱れは、早期心室収縮を含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。
- 前記定量化するステップは、前記測定された増強作用の関数として増強作用比を計算することを含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。
- 前記収縮性増強作用を表すデータを前記埋め込み可能医療デバイスに記憶するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。

前記患者の前記心室収縮状態の表現を確定するために、前記医療デバイスにおいて前記収縮性増強作用を処理するステップと、
前記埋め込み可能医療デバイス内に配置されたデジタルメモリに前記表現を記憶するステップと、
所定期間にわたる前記心室収縮状態の変化を識別するために、前記観測するステップ、前記測定するステップ、前記処理するステップ、及び前記記憶するステップを繰り返すス
テップと、
を含み、前記表現は再循環率を含む、埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。 - 前記表現は増強作用比を含む、請求項8に記載の埋め込み可能医療デバイスの作動方法。
- 患者に埋め込まれる医療デバイスであって、

前記患者の心室収縮状態のデータ表現を取得するために、前記収縮性増強作用を定量化する手段と、
前記埋め込み可能医療デバイスから前記患者の体内に前記心臓の乱れを誘発する手段と、
を備え、前記データ表現は再循環率を含む、患者に埋め込まれる医療デバイス。 - 患者に埋め込まれる医療デバイスであって、
前記患者の心臓の乱れを観測する手段と、
前記乱れに続く収縮性増強作用を測定する手段と、
前記患者の心室収縮状態のデータ表現を取得するために、前記収縮性増強作用を定量化する手段と、
前記データ表現を記憶する手段と、
