本発明は、超音波振動子に振動子ケースに超音波振動が漏れないように充填剤を介して支持するようにした超音波フルイ装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の超音波フルイ装置としては、図3に示すように、フルイ枠1にフルイ部材2が装着され、又、フルイ枠1の張り出し部1a、1bにそれぞれ超音波振動子3、4の振動部が装着され、これらの超音波振動子3、4に発振器(図示せず)から発振出力を印加してフルイ枠1を振動し、フルイ部材2の上に載置された粉体をフルうようにしており、又、図4に示すように、フルイ枠1にフルイ部材2が装着され、フルイ枠1の上面に取り付け部材5、6を装着し、この取り付け部材5、6にそれぞれ超音波振動子3、4の振動部が取り付けられ、図3の従来例と同様に発振器(図示せず)から発振出力を印加してフルイ枠1を振動し、フルイ部材2の上に載置された粉体をフルうようにした装置を本出願人が提案した(特願平11−153141号及び特願2000−198644参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このように構成した従来のフルイ装置では、超音波振動子3、4は超音波振動子3、4は何も覆っていないので、超音波振動子3、4から振動が漏れ、騒音が発生するという問題があった。

本発明は、フルイ枠に金網等のフルイ部材を張り、前記フルイ枠に少なくとも1つの超音波振動子を装着し、前記フルイ枠をハウジングに装着した超音波フルイ装置において、前記超音波振動子は前記フルイ枠に装着された取り付け部材に固着され、前記超音波振動子を振動子ケース内に装着し、前記超音波振動子と前記振動子ケースは前記ハウジングの外側に装着し、前記振動子ケース内の前記超音波振動子との間に充填剤を充填したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明では、超音波振動子を振動子ケース内に装着し、この振動子ケースと超音波振動子との間に充填剤を充填するように構成することにより、振動子ケースを介して超音波振動子からの超音波振動が漏れることがなく、又、フルイの網サイズが変更されても、振動子ケースに超音波振動が漏れない。

図1は本発明の実施例の超音波フルイ装置の側面断面図で、1はフルイ枠、1a、1bは張り出し部、2はフルイ部材、3、4は超音波振動子でこれらの構成は上記従来例と同じであるので説明は省略するが、本実施例では、フルイ部材2はハウジング7の内部に装着され、又、超音波振動子3、4は振動子ケース8の内部に挿入されて超音波振動子3、4のフランジ3a、4aで振動子ケース8が支持され、これらの振動子ケース8内の超音波振動子3、4との間にそれぞれ充填剤9が挿入されている。

このように構成された本実施例のフルイ装置では、ハウジング7の投入口7aから材料が投入され、超音波振動子3、4が図示しない発振装置から発振出力が印加されると、超音波振動子3、4はフルイ部材2を振動して材料をフルイ分けるが、振動子ケース8に充填剤9が挿入されているので、振動子ケース8から外部に超音波振動子3、4から発生した振動が漏れることがなく、又、フルイの網サイズが変更されても、振動子ケース8に超音波振動が漏れることがない。

図2は本発明の他の実施例の超音波フルイ装置の側面断面図で、1はフルイ枠、2はフルイ部材、3、4は超音波振動子、5、6は取り付け部材であり、これらの構成は上記従来例と同じであるので、説明は省略するが、本実施例では、超音波振動子は3、4は取り付け部材5、6によってハウジング7の外側に装着され、超音波振動子3、4がそれぞれ振動子ケース8に挿入され、超音波振動子3、4のフランジ3a、4aで振動子ケース8が支持され、振動子ケース8と超音波振動子3、4の間に充填剤9が充填されている。

以上説明したように、本発明の超音波フルイ装置では、超音波振動子を振動子ケースに装着するときに、超音波振動子のフランジで振動子ケースが支持され、振動子ケース内の超音波振動子との間に充填剤を充填するように構成することにより、振動子ケースを介して超音波振動子からの超音波振動が漏れることがなく、又、フルイの網サイズが変更されても、振動子ケースに超音波振動が漏れることがないという利点がある。
