本発明は、フルイ枠を振動してフルイ部材を振動する超音波フルイ装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の超音波フルイ装置としては、超音波変換器に接続された共振子をフルイ部材のフルイ面に直接接触させたものが提案されている(特表平8−500058号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このようなフルイ装置では、フルイ部材のフルイ面に接触される共振子は間が開いているもののフルイ部材の全面に接触するように構成されているため、フルイ分けする物の邪魔になり、又、フルイ分けする物が付着したり、さらに、フルイ部材に取り付けているため、フルイ部材の損傷を招いたり、構成が複雑になるという問題があった。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
本発明は、フルイ部材を固着したほぼ円形又は楕円形に形成されたフルイ枠と、該ほぼ円形又は楕円形に形成されたフルイ枠の内側に張り出した張り出し部に振動面を接触して固着した1つ又は複数の超音波振動子と、該1つ又は複数の超音波振動子に発振電力を供給する発振器とからなるものであり、又、前記複数の超音波振動子を位相をそろえて発振してもよいし、さらに、前記超音波振動子の取り外しを可能としてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明では、円形又は楕円形のフルイ枠に超音波振動子を固着することにより、フルイ枠に固着したフルイ部材をフルイ枠の周囲から均等に振動することができ、又、フルイ部材のフルイ面が全面開いているので、フルイ分けしたいものを効率よく振動させることができ、又、フルイ枠に超音波振動子が固着されているために、複数個の取り付けが可能となり、さらに、複数の超音波振動子を同位相で駆動することにより、フルイ量をパワーアップすることができる。

図1は本発明の1実施例の超音波フルイ装置の斜視図、図2は図1のフルイ装置の一部断面側面図で、円形又は楕円形の枠1の一面にフルイ部材2の端部が固着され、フルイ枠1の内側に張り出した張り出し部1a、1bに超音波振動子3、4の端部をそれぞれ固着する。

この超音波振動子3、4は圧電体振動子5を金属ブロック6、7で挟持したランジュバン型振動子によってそれぞれ構成され、この超音波振動子3、4の圧電体振動子5に発振器8から発振電力が印加される。

このように構成した本実施例の超音波フルイ装置では、フルイ枠1の張り出し部1a、1bに固着した超音波振動子3、4の圧電体振動子5に発振器8から発振電力が供給されると、超音波振動子3、4はフルイ枠1の張り出し部1a、1bを振動することによってフルイ枠1を振動し、それによってフルイ部材2を振動するので、フルイ部材2のフルイ面が大きく開けられ、フルイ部材2を効率よく振動することができる。

以上説明したように、本発明の超音波フルイ装置では、フルイ枠に超音波振動子を装着したので、フルイ部材のフルイ面に邪魔するものが無く、フルイ面が大きく開けられ、複数の超音波振動子が取り付け可能であり、さらに、複数の超音波振動子を同位相で駆動することにより、フルイ効果が増大するという利点がある。
