Description
少なくとも一つの空洞を備え、空洞の一端部が少なくとも一つの上方面に開放している本体と、
本体内に装着され、本体の上記少なくとも一つの空洞に軸線方向に前後に動くように収容されるプッシュロッド、ほぼ同じ軸線方向に振動して機能を果たすように装着されるプランジャ及びプランジャとプッシュロッドとの間に配置された調整ばねを備え、プランジャの平衡がプッシュロッドの下向きの動きで付与された調整ばねの圧縮及び下流の受け部材に供給されるべき出力調整圧力に依存する、少なくとも一つの減圧装置と、
上記少なくとも一つのプッシュロッドの前後の動きを制御するように、上記本体の上方面に相対して、本体に対して傾斜するように装着されるハンドルと、
プッシュロッドが動き、開放端部において空洞内に不動に保持される少なくとも一つのガイドと、
ガイドの内側及び外側に流体シールをそれぞれ形成する少なくとも一つの第1シール及び一つの第2シールと
を有している。
ガイドが上下に重ねられる少なくとも一つの上方ガイド部分及び一つの下方ガイド部分を備え、
上記上方ガイド部分及び下方ガイド部分がプッシュロッドに向けられたハウジングを相互に画定し、
また第1シールがハウジング内に捕らえられている
Claims (5)
- 少なくとも一つの空洞(6)を備え、空洞(6)の一端部(8)が少なくとも一つの上方面(7)に開放している本体(2)と、
本体(2)内に装着され、本体(2)の上記少なくとも一つの空洞(6)に軸線方向(X−X)に前後に動くように収容されるプッシュロッド(15)、ほぼ同じ軸線方向に振動(往復動)して機能を果たすように装着されるプランジャ(5)及びプランジャ(5)とプッシュロッド(15)との間に配置された調整ばね(16)を備え、プランジャ(5)の平衡がプッシュロッド(15)の下向きの動きで付与された調整ばね(16)の圧縮及び下流の受け部材に供給されるべき出力調整圧力に依存する、少なくとも一つの減圧装置(3)と、
上記少なくとも一つのプッシュロッド(15)の前後の動きを制御するように、上記本体(2)の上方面(7)に相対して、本体(2)に対して傾斜するように装着されるハンドル(10)と、
空洞(6)内の開放端部(8)において不動に保持され、かつ上下に重ねられる少なくとも1つの上方ガイド部分(31)及び下方ガイド部分(32)を備える少なくとも一つのガイド(30)と、前記プッシュロッド(15)は前記ガイド(30)内で前後に動き、
ガイド(30)の内側及び外側に流体シールをそれぞれ形成する少なくとも一つの第1シール(36)及び一つの第2シール(37)を有し、前記上方ガイド部分(31)と下方ガイド部分(32)との間においてプッシュロッド(15)に向けられた第1ハウジング(33)が画定され、前記第1シール(36)はこのハウジング中に配置されるよう構成された建設機械用のマニプレータとし機能する加圧流体ディストリビュータにおいて、
前記上方ガイド部分(31)と下方ガイド部分(32)との間において本体(2)に向けられた第2ハウジング(34)が画定され、前記第2シール(37)はこのハウジング中に配置されるよう構成されたことを特徴とする流体ディストリビュータ。 - 少なくとも上方ガイド部分(31)を適切な位置にロックするために、上記本体(2)の上方面(7)において本体(2)に嵌合される不動化手段(45)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
- 不動化手段(45)がフランジ形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
- 上方ガイド部分(31)がフランジ形状の不動化手段(45)と同じ材料で一体に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
- 少なくとも下方ガイド部分が、プラスチック、注入合金、焼結材料、機械加工材料の中から選んだ一つの材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流体ディストリビュータ。
