Claims (6)
- 複数のシリンダを形成するシリンダーブロックと、エンジンシャフトと、シリンダーヘッドと、シリンダーヘッド(1)に回転して取り付けられて伝動手段を介してエンジンシャフトによって回転が制御された一対のシャフト(11,28)と、を備える内燃機関エンジンであって、
シリンダーヘッド(1)に枢支される第1揺り軸(207)を備えており、
シリンダーヘッド(1)に回転して取り付けられた前記シャフト(11,28)の一方が、エンジンの吸気バルブ(7)制御用のカムと、エンジンの排気バルブ(70)制御用のカムとを備えるカム軸(11)であり、
吸気バルブ(7)を制御するカムが、バルブの可変動作用の電子制御油圧装置によって前記吸気バルブを制御し、
第1揺り軸(207)が、吸気バルブ(7)を制御するカムに係合する部分と、電子制御油圧装置に係合する部分とを、有しており、
排気バルブ(70)を制御するカムが、前記排気バルブを機械的に制御し、
シリンダーヘッド(1)に回転して取り付けられた前記他方のシャフト(28)が、カム無しであり、ヘッドから出て来て動力取出装置を構成する一つの端部を有することを特徴とする内燃機関エンジン。 - シリンダーヘッド(1)に枢支される第1端部(205)と、排気バルブ(70)を制御するカムに接触する中間ローラーと、排気バルブ(70)を制御する第2端部(206)とを、有する第2揺り軸(204)を備えており、
前記カム軸(11)において、吸気バルブ(7)を制御するカムと排気バルブ(70)を制御するカムとが、互いに対して90度乃至180度の角度で配置されている、請求項1記載の内燃機関エンジン。 - 吸気バルブの可変動作用の電子制御油圧装置のすべての構成要素は、シリンダーヘッド(1)に固定されるとともに、シリンダーヘッド(1)を載置するための底面を有する構造体(200)によって保持され、該底面がシリンダーヘッドの中で回転して取り付ける2つのシャフト(11,28)の軸を通る面と一致することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内燃機関エンジン。
- 前記電子制御油圧装置は、吸気バルブを動かすためのカムによって制御されたタペットと前記吸気バルブとの間で動作可能なようにセットされた油圧手段と、電子制御手段とを備え、
前記油圧手段は、加圧流体チャンバーを含み、前述のタペットに接続されたポンピングピストンが加圧流体チャンバーに面していて、前記加圧流体チャンバーは、各タペットから吸気バルブを切断するとともに各弾性戻し手段の結果としてバルブを素早く閉じさせる目的で、電磁弁によって、排気ポートと接続されるように構成されていて、
前記電子制御手段は、エンジンの一つ以上の運転パラメーターにしたがって各吸気バルブの開き時間および開きストロークを変更するように各電磁弁を制御するための電子制御手段であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内燃機関エンジン。 - 前記油圧手段は、
案内ブッシングの中で滑動するように滑動自在に取り付けられ、
加圧流体チャンバー(C)から可変体積チャンバーに流体が通過することだけを可能にする逆止め弁(32)によって制御された第1の連通手段と、2つのチャンバー間を両方向に通過することを可能にする第2の連通手段とによって、加圧流体チャンバーと連通する可変体積のチャンバーに面する、各吸気バルブを制御するためのピストンを備え、
前記油圧手段は、エンジンのバルブを閉じる最終ステップで、前記の第2の連通手段の制限をもたらす油圧ブレーキ手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の内燃機関エンジン。 - 各吸気バルブを制御するためのピストンと、吸気バルブのステムと、の間には、油圧タペットがセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の内燃機関エンジン。
