Claims (10)
- 内面層と補強層と外被層を備えたホ−スであって、内面層に樹脂材料、補強層に化学繊維、外被層に前記内面層に用いられた樹脂材料よりも体積抵抗率の低い樹脂材料、を夫々用いたことを特徴とする絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 内面層に浸出性能の良い樹脂材料を用いた請求項1記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 内面層がポリエステルエラストマ−である請求項2記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 補強層に非導電繊維を用いた請求項1記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 補強層がポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン等の化学繊維から選ばれた請求項4記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 補強層を編み上げ層とした請求項5記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 外被層に体積抵抗率が1×106 〜1010Ω・cmオ−ダ−の性状を有する樹脂材料を用いた請求項1記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 外被層が導電性ウレタン樹脂である請求項7記載の絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 内面層と補強層と外被層を備えたホ−スであって、内面層にポリエステルエラストマ−、補強層に非金属繊維、外被層に体積抵抗率が1×106 〜1010Ω・cmオ−ダ−の性状を有する樹脂を用いたことを特徴とする絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
- 内面層と補強層と外被層を備えたホ−スであって、内面層にポリエステルエラストマ−材料を用い、これを押出成形にて形成し、補強層にポリエステル繊維又はポリアミド繊維を用い、これを内面層上に編み上げて補強層となし、外被層に体積抵抗率が1×106 〜1010Ω・cmオ−ダ−の性状を有する導電性ウレタン材料を用い、これを前記補強層上に押出成形したことを特徴とする絶縁性流体輸送用ホ−ス。
