Claims (4)
- 圧延されたステンレス鋼を、900℃より高い温度で熱処理炉中で熱処理する方法において、予熱段階(1)及び最終加熱段階(2)を有し、前記予熱段階ではバーナー(4)からの炎(5)を材料(6)の表面の方へ向け、前記材料(6)の表面に衝突させ、前記予熱段階(1)に配置されたバーナーを液体又はガス状燃料により作動させ、ガス状酸素を含有する酸化用ガスを利用してその燃料を燃焼させ、前記予熱段階(1)中で、前記材料(6)を、1000℃までの温度で0.1〜60秒の時間保持して前記材料(6)の表面に酸化を起こさせ、前記材料(6)を、続く最終加熱段階(2)中で、液体又はガス状燃料及び酸化用ガスにより作動させる炉内配置バーナーにより更に加熱する熱処理方法であって、
予熱段階(1)中の酸化用ガスが、少なくとも85体積%の酸素を含むようにさせる、
ことを特徴とする熱処理方法。 - 最終加熱段階(2)中の酸化用ガスが、少なくとも85体積%の酸素を含むようにさせる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炎(5)を二つの方向に向け、材料(6)の両面に衝突するようにする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 最終加熱段階(2)で、材料(6)を1300℃の温度まで加熱する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
