Abstract

"MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO TéRMICO DE AçO INOXIDáVEL". Um método para tratamento térmico de aço inoxidável na forma de esboços, tubulação, encanamento, material como tira ou fio, tal como tira, folha, fio ou barras após laminar o citado material em um forno de tratamento térmico em uma temperatura mais alta que cerca de 900<198>C. A invenção é caracterizada em que ela inclui um estágio de pré-aquecimento (1) e um estágio de aquecimento final (2), sendo que no estágio de pré-aquecimento chamas (5) de queimadores (4) são direcionadas contra a superfície do material (6 ) de modo a atingir a superfície do material (6); em que queimadores (4) situados no estágio de pré-aquecimento são acionados por um combustível líquido ou gasoso que é levado a queimar com o auxílio de um gás oxidante que contém oxigênio gasoso; em que o material (6) é mantido no estágio de pré-aquecimento (1) o tempo suficiente para obter pelo menos algum grau de oxidação na superfície do material (6) ; e em que o material (6) é aquecido adicionalmente em um estágio de aquecimento final seguinte (2) por meio de queimadores situados em um forno os quais são acionados por um combustível líquido ou gasoso e um gás oxidante.
