Description
また、本発明のクランプにおいて、上記一対のクランプ部材を構成する弾性体及び補強板は、互いに非対称の形状であってもよい。
本発明のクランプは、自動車用の管体の連結保持に好適に用いることができる。
図1は本発明のクランプの一例を分解した状態で示す縦断面図、図2はそのクランプの分解斜視図である。図3及び図4はそれぞれ図1のクランプを使用状態で示す正面図及び斜視図である。
なお、演算式(1)の分子の項(D1−2R1)及び(D2−2R2)は、弾性保持体3の締め代である。
α=(r1−R1)/(L1−R1)=(r2−R2)/(L2−R2)・・(2)
と表すことができ、この演算式(2)を満足するように、弾性保持体3,3の各部の寸法を設定して、弾性保持体3,3の圧縮率が、大径のパイプP1と小径のパイプP2において同一となるようにする。
式を満足するように、弾性保持体103,103の各部の寸法を設定する。なお、具体的な設定手法は、上記と同様な手法を採用すればよい。
さらに、この例において、2つの弾性保持体103,103が対称形状である場合、L11=L12、・・・、L41=L42となるので、L11とL12をL1、L21とL22をL2、L31とL32をL3、L41とL42をL4とし、各パイプP1,P2,P3,P4の半径をr1,r2,r3,r4とすると、上記した圧縮率αの演算式(3)は、
α=(r1−R1)/(L1−R1)=(r2−R2)/(L2−R2)=(r3−R3)/(L3−R3)=(r4−R4)/(L4−R4)・・(4)
と表すことができ、この演算式(4)を満足するように、弾性保持体103,103の各部の寸法を設定するようにしてもよい。
<実施例2>
図10は本発明のクランプの別の例を分解した状態で示す縦断面図である。図11及び図12はそれぞれ図10のクランプを使用状態で示す正面図及び斜視図である。

Claims (4)
- それぞれ直径の異なる円形断面を有する複数の管体を挟み込む一対のクランプ部材を有し、その各クランプ部材が、複数の凹部を有する弾性体とこの弾性体の外側面に固着された補強板とからなり、前記弾性体の各凹部に管体を配置した状態で当該一対のクランプ部材を合わせることにより、複数の管体を前記複数の凹部にて保持する構造のクランプにおいて、
前記複数の管体のうち、n(n=正の整数)番目の管体の直径をDn、n番目の管体を保持する前の前記弾性体のn番目の凹部の曲率半径をRnとし、その弾性体のn番目の凹部の曲率半径Rnが前記n番目の管体の半径[Dn/2]よりも小さく設定されているとともに、
n番目の凹部の管体保持中心を通り前記弾性体の合わせ面に直交する方向における当該弾性体の合わせ面から一対の補強板の各内側表面までの距離をそれぞれLn1,Ln2とすると、
前記弾性体の圧縮率が[(D1−2R1)/(L11+L12−2R1)=(D2−2R2)/(L21+L22−2R2)=・・・=(Dn−2Rn)/(Ln1+Ln2−2Rn)]の関係を満たしていることを特徴とするクランプ。 - 前記弾性体がゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクランプ。
- 前記一対のクランプ部材を構成する前記弾性体及び前記補強板が、互いに非対称の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のクランプ。
- 自動車用の管体を連結保持することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のクランプ。
