Claims (4)
- 外周部と中央部とこれらを接続する複数の腕部とを有して一体に構成される板バネを複数重ねて構成されたバネ装置において、
前記板バネの腕部の太さをこれらの腕部同士の間隔よりも細く形成すると共に、
同形状の前記複数の板バネが、振幅方向を軸として軸回りに互いにずらした状態で重ねられて、一の前記板バネの腕部が隣接する他の板バネの腕部間に位置することで、隣接する板バネの腕部同士が干渉しないように構成されたことを特徴とするバネ装置。 - 前記板バネの複数の腕部を等角度間隔で設けると共に、前記板バネの外周部に複数の貫通孔を等角度間隔で設け、前記貫通孔の数と前記腕部の数を違えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバネ装置。
- 前記貫通孔の数を前記腕部の数の偶数倍としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のバネ装置。
- 前記板バネの外周部に切欠部を等角度間隔で複数形成し、この切欠部の数を前記板バネの腕部の数と違えると共に、前記貫通孔の数を前記切欠部の数の倍数としたことを特徴とする請求項2乃至3記載のバネ装置。
