Claims (5)
- 取水した原水から有害な異物を除去して得られる清水を水中軸受装置に供給するための潤滑システムにおいて、
前記有害異物の除去を遠心分離で行って一次処理清水を得る異物遠心分離手段と、前記有害異物の除去を沈降分離で行って前記一次処理清水から二次処理清水を得る異物沈降分離手段とを備え、
前記異物遠心分離手段は、サイクロンで形成されており、前記サイクロンは、上部に円筒部を有するとともに下部に円錐部を有した外筒を備えるとともに、前記円錐部に嵌め込むようにして前記外筒の内部に設けられ、下端部が前記一次処理清水の流出口となるようにされた内筒を備えた構成となっていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 前記異物沈降分離手段は、沈降槽とオーバーフロー水受けで形成されており、前記沈降槽により前記一次処理清水を所定速度で流下させながら前記有害異物の沈降分離除去を行いつつ前記沈降槽から前記オーバーフロー水受けにオーバーフローさせることで前記二次処理清水を得るように構成されている請求項1に記載の潤滑システム。
- 前記異物遠心分離手段の上流に機械的ろ過手段が設けられ、前記機械的ろ過手段で前記原水に前記有害異物の予備的な除去処理を施せるようにされている請求項1または請求項2に記載の潤滑システム。
- 前記原水の圧力を調整する減圧装置が前記異物遠心分離手段の上流に設けられている請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑システム。
- 取水した原水から有害な異物を除去して得られる清水を水中軸受装置に供給するための潤滑システムにおいて、
前記有害異物の除去を遠心分離で行って一次処理清水を得る異物遠心分離手段と、前記有害異物の除去を沈降分離で行って前記一次処理清水から二次処理清水を得る異物沈降分離手段とを備えると共に、前記異物沈降分離手段が複数設けられていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。
