Description
Claims (10)
- 添加剤を貯蔵して、この添加剤を、燃料タンク(1)からの燃料が供給されるエンジンの排気ガス中に噴射する方法であって、未使用の過剰高温燃料を戻りライン(3)を介して前記燃料タンク(1)に戻す方法であって、
添加剤温度がしきい値T1以下であるとき、前記戻りライン(3)の一部分(5)を用いて添加剤を加熱し、
添加剤温度がしきい値T1を超えるとき、前記加熱するための一部分(5)をバイパスさせる、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、
前記戻りライン(3)の前記一部分からなる添加剤加熱セクション(5)と、
温度センサ(11)と、
前記温度センサ(11)によって計測された温度がしきい値T1を超えるとき、前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)をバイパスさせるための装置(6、8)と、を有する装置。 - 前記添加剤が尿素水溶液である、請求項1に記載の方法又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記エンジンが直接噴射式ディーゼルエンジンである、請求項1に記載の方法又は請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 更に、添加剤を貯蔵するタンク(4)を有し、前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)は、少なくとも部分的に前記燃料タンク(4)の内部に位置する、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 更に、取り出しライン(10)を用いて、前記添加剤を前記添加剤タンク(4)の一定の箇所から取り出すための取り出し装置を有し、前記添加剤タンク(4)内に位置する前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)の一部分が、前記取り出し箇所の付近で少なくとも部分的にコイルの形態を有し、このコイル及び前記取り出し箇所が前記添加剤タンク(4)の底部にある、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサ(11)は、前記添加剤タンク(4)内部で前記取り出し箇所に近接した箇所に配置され、
前記装置は、前記温度センサ(11)によって計測される温度が、前記添加剤が液体である所定の温度(しきい値T2)を超える場合のみ、前記取り出し装置を始動させる、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記温度センサは、三方弁(6)を制御し、この三方弁は、前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)の上流側に位置する戻りライン(3)の箇所を、前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)又はバイパスライン(8)のいずれかに接続し、前記バイパスライン(8)は、前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)の下流側に位置する戻りライン(3)の箇所(7)で終端する、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記添加剤加熱セクション部分(5)は、前記接続箇所(7)の上流側に逆止め弁(9)を有し、前記逆止め弁(9)は、バイパス時、高温ディーゼル燃料が前記バイパスライン(8)から前記添加剤加熱セクション(5)に流入することを防止する、請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記バイパスライン(8)は熱交換器(12)を有し、前記熱交換器は、その中を戻り高温燃料が通るときに前記戻り高温燃料を冷却する、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
