Description

用于贮存添加剂以及将其喷射到发动机的排气中的方法和系统
随着即将来到的对重型货车在废气排放上的欧洲IV标准的强制执行,需要配备用于除去NOx(或氮的氧化物)污染的装置。
为了将NOx排放降低到要求的值,大多数重型货车制造商采用的系统通常包括利用还原剂如脲进行选择性催化反应(利用通过分解脲,在排气中原位产生的氨,用于选择性催化反应的脲“SCR”)。
为此,需要给车辆装备装有脲溶液的箱,以及装备用于计量被喷射入排气管道的脲量的装置。鉴于通常用于这些目的的脲水溶液(在脲以重量计为32.5%时形成共晶(或低共熔))在-11℃时会冻结,所以必需提供加热装置以便液化溶液,从而在冻结温度的冷起动条件下,其可以被喷射到排气管道中。
在现有技术中,为此目的已提供了若干系统。一般来说,这些系统包括相当昂贵的加热装置,该装置涉及专用加热元件或在发动机冷却回路上的旁通管。
美国申请2003/0101715提出用下述方法来解决此问题:利用在某种发动机(直喷式柴油发动机、尤其是“共轨喷射”型)上存在的燃油回流管道来加热添加剂。然而,当外部温度足够高时,则不需要甚至有时不希望加热脲溶液,因为这样做可能会使其过早分解并且放出不希望的带有气味的蒸气(在上述共晶点的情况下,在超过60℃时已经发生了这种事情)。此外,在上述文献中提出的系统在高温的情况下不能有效地冷却柴油的回流。
本申请的目的是通过提出用于贮存还原添加剂并将其喷射入发动机的排气中的方法和系统来解决这些问题,该方法是有效的,而且没有过多的气味并且与环境温度无关,并且其确实能够对燃油回流进行有效冷却(如果需要的话)。
为此,本发明涉及用于贮存添加剂并将其喷射入以燃油箱的燃油进行供给的发动机的排气中并借助于燃油回流管道使未使用的过量热燃油回流到所述箱的方法,所述方法包括:当添加剂温度低于或等于阈值T1时利用部分燃油回流管道加热添加剂,以及当添加剂温度超过阈值T1时将加热区段形成断路。
术语“添加剂温度”优选地理解为在其贮存位置(添加剂箱)的添加剂的温度。
阈值温度T1可以是例如40℃,优选30℃或甚至20℃。这是因为,在40℃和40℃以上的温度,许多添加剂易于释放出侵蚀性和/或恶臭蒸气,一种本发明能够避免的现象。
因此,根据本发明,优选的是,除了在加热区段外,添加剂不与热燃油回流进行接触。这意味着,仅加热区段足够地接近,并以可以影响添加剂温度的方式加以排列,而燃油回流管道的剩余部分足够地远离和/或绝热,从而避免对添加剂的任何热传递。
本发明还涉及用于实施上述方法的系统。尤其是涉及用于贮存添加剂和将其喷射入以燃油箱的燃油进行供给的发动机的排气中并借助于回流管道(包括至少一个与添加剂热接触的区段(或添加剂加热区段))使未使用的过量热燃油回流到所述箱的系统,所述系统包括温度传感器和一种装置,当由该温度传感器测得的温度超过预设值(阈值T1)时,上述装置使加热区段形成断路。
换句话说,这样的系统包括:
·添加剂加热区段,其由回流管道的一部分构成;
·温度传感器;以及

在本发明的范围内有争议的添加剂优选为能够还原存在于内燃机排气中的NOx的还原剂。有利的是,直接使用氨(其存在与安全性和腐蚀有关的缺点)或在排气中从前体如脲原位产生氨(可以避免上述缺点)。本发明用脲产生良好的结果,尤其是用脲的水溶液。共晶溶液(包含以重量计32.5%的脲)是特别适宜的。
本发明可以应用于包括燃油回流管道的任何内燃机,即,使发动机未使用的过量燃油回流到燃油箱的管道。本发明可以有利地应用于直喷式柴油发动机,尤其是应用于重型货车的柴油发动机。这是因为,在这样的发动机中,相当普遍的是,燃油回流温度在60和90℃之间,在该温度下某些添加剂(尤其是脲溶液)会分解。
根据本发明的系统包括至少一个用于贮存添加剂的箱以及至少一个用于将添加剂输送到发动机的排气管的供给管道。添加剂贮存箱一般位于回流管道附近,在发动机和燃油箱之间。有利地,其位于后者附近,尤其是为了保证更好地可达性加注。此外,有利的是,上述两种箱远离温度较高的排气系统以及发动机。

根据本发明,使热燃油从发动机回流到燃油箱的回流管道包括至少一个所谓的加热区段,该加热区段与添加剂热接触并且能够在添加剂被喷射入发动机排气中以前对其进行加热。为此,该区段实际上可以至少部分地邻近添加剂供给管道(例如两个管道可以是同轴的)和/或至少部分地在添加剂箱内部。

在本发明的范围内,传感器必须探测的阈值温度T1可以是例如40℃,优选30℃或甚至20℃。根据本发明,当高于和超过此温度时,利用适当的装置使添加剂加热区段旁路。

因为加热区段可以被旁路,所以根据本发明的系统可以容易地使发动机未使用的热燃油在其被供给到箱中以前被冷却,并且这是与温度条件无关的情况。为了实现此目的,所有需要的是,例如,上述旁通管装备有热交换器。具体地说,当添加剂的温度低于温度传感器阈值时,燃油将流过加热区段,加热添加剂并变得被冷却;而当添加剂温度超过这个阈值温度时,燃油将流过旁通管,其可以在旁通管中被热交换器冷却。
优选地,根据本发明的系统包括用于调节热量的装置,其中热量是由燃油回流管道中的、尤其是该管道的加热区段中的燃油来传递。
在一特定的实施方式中,通过控制在加热区段中流动的燃油温度来进行热调节。
优选地,通过位于加热区段上游的热交换器来控制燃油温度。
在另一种实施方式中,通过控制在加热区段中循环的燃油的流动来进行热调节。
优选地,通过控制阀来控制流动。

此图描述了根据本发明系统的用于柴油机燃料箱1的变化方案,该柴油机燃料箱包括:到柴油发动机(未示出)的供给管道2;以及回流管道3,该回流管道使发动机未使用的柴油(已在那里被加热)回流到燃油箱1。
该系统包括装有脲的水溶液的脲箱4,该脲的水溶液包含以重量计32.5%的脲(共晶)。该箱在其内部设置有热柴油回流管道3的区段5,其具有盘管的形式,其中盘管围绕取出添加剂的区域(抽取管道10结束处),温度传感器11也位于那里。可以利用三通阀6来断路该区段,其作用是,借助于旁通管8将热柴油直接引导到区段5下游的一点7。正好在接合点7之前,区段5装备有止回阀9,以防止在旁通的情况下热柴油经过管道8进入区段5。旁通管8与热交换器12协作,以便在必要时可以冷却在其中流动的柴油。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于贮存添加剂并将所述添加剂喷射入以燃油箱(1)的燃油供给的发动机的排气中、并借助于回流管道(3)使未使用的过量热燃油回流到所述箱(1)的方法,所述方法包括:当所述添加剂温度低于或等于阈值T1时,利用所述回流管道(3)的区段(5)加热所述添加剂,当所述添加剂温度超过所述阈值T1时,使所述加热区段(5)形成断路。
2.一种用于实施根据前述权利要求所述方法的系统,包括:
·添加剂加热区段(5),所述区段由所述回流管道(3)的一部分构成;
·温度传感器(11);以及
·装置(6,8),当由所述传感器(11)测得的温度超过所述阈值T1时,所述装置使所述加热区段(5)形成断路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法或根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述添加剂是脲的水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法或根据权利要求2或3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述发动机为直喷式柴油发动机。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括用来贮存所述添加剂的箱(4),以及至少部分地位于所述箱(4)的内部的所述添加剂加热区段(5)。
6.根据前述权利要求所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括利用抽吸管道(1O)从所述添加剂箱(4)的一点抽取所述添加剂的装置,位于所述添加剂箱(4)中的所述区段(5)的一部分在所述抽吸点附近至少部分地具有盘管的形式,并且所述盘管和所述抽吸点是在所述添加剂箱(4)的底部。
7.根据前述权利要求所述的系统,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(11)也被设置在所述添加剂箱(4)内,并在靠近所述抽吸点的地方,只有当所述传感器(11)测得的温度高于给定温度(阈值T2)时,所述温度传感器才能够触发所述添加剂抽吸装置,其中在所述给定温度下的所述添加剂是液体。
8.根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述温度传感器控制三通阀(6),所述三通阀使在所述加热区段(5)上游的所述回流管道(3)上的一点能够连接于所述区段(5)或连接于旁通管(8),所述旁通管终止于位于所述区段(5)下游的所述回流管道(3)上的一点(7)。
9.根据前述权利要求所述的系统,其特征在于,在所述接合点(7)之前,所述加热区段(5)装备有止回阀(9),所述止回阀(9)在旁通的情况下防止所述热的柴油机燃油通过所述管道(8)进入所述区段(5)。
1O.根据权利要求8或9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述旁通管(8)装备有热交换器(12),当所述热燃油回流通过所述热交换器时,所述热交换器能够冷却所述热燃油回流。
