Description
Claims (13)
- 繊維を染色するための装置であって、
(a)複数の前浸漬槽と、
(b)複数の染浴槽と、
(c)乾燥装置と
(d)該繊維を染色するための、支持機構とからなり、
前記支持機構が、
該繊維を移送するための織物を円筒状に形成した多孔質の織物製ベルトと、
前記円筒状の織物製ベルトを、該繊維と共に、該繊維を連続的かつ均一に染色するための前浸漬槽・染浴槽と乾燥装置を通過させる、複数の案内手段と、からなることを特徴とする染色装置。 - 前記支持機構が、繊維を移送し染色するための2本のベルトを備える、請求項1記載の繊維の染色装置。
- 綿繊維が多孔質ベルトの間で移送される、請求項1記載の繊維の染色装置。
- 前記ベルトが化学繊維または自然繊維である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ベルトが混紡である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記支持機構が染色に不活性な、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- (a)繊維を移送するために、支持機構の円筒状に形成した多孔質の織物製ベルトで繊維を支持し、
(b)繊維を支持する、繊維が連続的かつ均一に染色されるように前記円筒状に形成した多孔質の織物製ベルトを、前浸漬するための前浸漬槽、染色するための染浴槽と乾燥させるための乾燥装置を通過させるように案内し、
(c)乾燥させられた繊維を単独で回収することと
からなる繊維染色方法であって、繊維の染色が連続的かつ均一に行われる繊維の染色方法。 - 前記繊維が支持機構の間を移送される請求項7記載の繊維染色方法。
- 染色される繊維が、綿および他の自然繊維、合成繊維、化学繊維、ならびにそれらのフィラメントおよび複合物を含む、請求項7記載の繊維染色方法。
- 前記繊維が綿繊維である、請求項7記載の繊維染色方法。
- 前記繊維が、ロープ状、トウ状、ばら毛、スライバー、あるいはその中間形のいずれかの形態で移送される、請求項10記載の繊維染色方法。
- 染料がインディゴ染料、バット染料、硫化染料、反応染料、その他同様の染料、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項7記載の繊維染色方法。
- 前記繊維がインディゴ染料で染色されている請求項7記載の繊維染色方法。
