Claims (1)
- 紫外線とオゾンとを発生させる電極と対極との間に光触媒を配置してなる触媒反応装置と、オゾンを分解するオゾン分解触媒と、前記触媒反応装置から前記オゾン分解触媒に気体を通過させる送流装置とを備えた触媒脱臭装置において、前記触媒反応装置の火花放電を検知する検知手段と、制御手段と、異常表示を行う表示手段とを設け、前記制御手段は、第1の電圧値で運転中に前記検知手段が火花放電を検知すると、前記触媒反応装置への電圧印加を停止して前記送流装置を動作させ、所定時間後に再び前記第1の電圧値で運転を行い、前記第1の電圧値の運転中に前記検知手段が火花放電を再び検知すると、前記触媒反応装置への電圧印加を停止して前記送流装置を動作させ、所定時間後に、前記第1の電圧値よりも低い第2の電圧値で運転を行い、前記第2の電圧値で運転中に前記検知手段が火花放電を検知すると、前記触媒反応装置への電圧印加を停止して前記送流装置を動作させ、所定時間後に再び前記第2の電圧値で運転を行い、前記第2の電圧値で運転中に前記検知手段が火花放電を再び検知すると運転を停止させ、前記表示手段を点滅又は点灯させることを特徴とする触媒脱臭装置。
